Lost but Not forgotten

“I don’t fucking want her, she’s not my responsibility. She’s lucky I let her stay her this long that girl is a waste a my time and we should send her to her damned grandfather.” An angry voice snarled through the conference room.

“Kimiko how could you be so mean that is your niece you’re talking about throwing out on the streets she is pack,”

“Akio you are not one to talk you won’t take her in either so don’t you try and make this seem like it’s just me and besides my pups want nothing to do with her she different and they feel threatened.”

“You’re the only one here who has children YOU HAVE THREE GIRLS why not take in your sister’s pup” Akio demanded releasing a slight snarl of her own.

“Are you all done,” the calm voice of the lawyer asked with a small smirk on her face “It has been decided that Kagome will be going to stay with her grandfather then.”

A chorus of yeses filled the air. Laughter burst from the lawyers lips as they all started to leave.

“What’s so damned funny Shiori” one shouted clenching the table with her hand leaving claw marks in them. Sitting up straight Shiori looked at everybody “please have a seat this meeting is not over, where going to call Kagome’s grandfather in now so… Sit”

Pressing the page button and waiting on a reply back.

“Please send in Kagome and Ako please.”

Within minutes Kagome and her grandfather were sitting around the table. “You where all called here today to discuss where Kagome will be staying and so far her entire family as put her off to her grandfather Ako here.” Slow tears started to fall from Kagome crystal blue eyes. “Wipe those tears from your eyes Kagome all will be fine, now since Ako has agreed to your terms and is going to take Kagome in I believe it is time to show Kagome what she has inherited not only from her mother but her father as well. Kagome at eighteen you are the top CEO of a multimillion dollar business now as Higurashi Enterprise, three thousand miles of land of the north side of the pacific sea on a island and you also own a three town houses a mansion that is on three hundred yards of land going in all directions you own a orphanage and The main tree hotel and three point five million dollars in an account that only you access and Ako sir you have an account your son left you that you already know about. But Kagome that is everything you inherited from your father.”

By now everybody who was in the room mouths where dropped open and shock was writing all over there face.

“To continue…” Shiori started

“Hold on your telling me that girl owns all of that and has all of that damn money.” Kimiko Shouted eyes bleeding red anger clearly writing on her face. “WHY THE HELL DDNT YOU SAY SOMETHING SOONER.” Kimiko growled while the rest nodded in agreement.

“You didn’t know about it because both Aimi and Teiko didn’t want somebody taking what was rightfully Kagome’s they wanted somebody to take care of their daughter and not because of her money. Now as I was saying Kagome from your mother you inherited everything she ever owned…”  “YOU FUCKING TELLEING ME THAT THE GIRL OWNES TO FUCKING BUSINESS” Kimiko shouted ready to pounce on the lawyer. “I want tell you again to shut your mouth or you will leave and yes the girl you was willing to through on the streets is the second most riches person in Trino, now once again Kagome the choice is your weather to keep the two businesses and now that I or any of your mother or fathers old friends will come to your aid,” Shiori said with a smile “Now Ako and Kagome Sign these papers and you can be on your way.”

Ako quickly read over the papers and signed his name passing them to Kagome to sign once that was all done she handed them back to Shiori and rose to leave “Thank you” she said and walked out of the room with Ako right behind her.

“yes I allowed you all to think you where taking the responsibility of your niece for free, to see if you would and you didn’t so the blame is not on me but yourselves and I am happy she went with Ako that’s who her mother wanted her to be with anyway. Now please get out of my building you have three minutes” Shiori said standing and walking out.

“Kimiko this is all your fault you should have thought about the beinfits of taking the girl and now because of you were walking out of here just as broke as we where before we got here.” Akio said standing to leave.

“Akio you are just as in the wrong as we all are and because of how we treated Aimi this is all pay back from the way we mistreated Aimi all our lives and it is all of our fault. There is nothing we can do and now that Kagome knows that all we want is money we will never see it.” A male voice said standing to leave. “Yoshiko are you telling me your just going to let that money walk away.” Kimiko growled flexing her claws. “Yes and you would do well to leave it alone yourself, our sister and her husband gave there fortune to protect their daughter and you crossed the line then to being jealous of your sisters relationship now leave it alone now that Teiko’s fathers has Kagome there is no getting her back he is a string and older Snow Inu God you better leave it alone and continue on with your life its over… and we lost.” And with that Yoshiko walked out of the room.

“Grandpa what did I do to make them hate me so.” Kagome cried looking out the window.

Kagome calm yourself your aura is quite suffocating and they are greedy demons who want nothing but money. Don’t bother yourself with them they are of no concern to you now we have to get all of your things in order and get you ready for the life you have to live now. It will be hard and you will have to pick your friend with great fear because the world you have been thrown in a demon eat demon world and it is hard but you will rise to the top and do what is right.” Ako said with remorse in his voice.

‘both my son and her mother dying at the same time is unnerving and to leave there daughter with all this responsibility will either make or break my poor Kagome and I will help her to overcome it all’ Ako thought as they pulled up to their home.

“Now come Kagome we have to get a room ready for you do you know what colors you want your walls.” Ako asked getting out the car

“Pink, black and white and can I show them how to set it up or is that not ok.”Kagome asked getting out the car while wiping her tears.

“Yeah that’s fine let’s give you map so you can pick your own room,” Ako said as they walked in handing the butler his and Kagome’s jackets “Sam please bring a copy of the house layout to my study.” Ako said walking to his study on the first floor.

Within minutes there was a copy of the houses layout on his desk. “Now Kagome this is the top floor there is only one bed room up here and it has a sun room with it with a full bathroom and closet with a sitting room and office. There is a room just like that in the basement minus the sun room. I believe those are the option ill give you considering I have lots of guess and either of these rooms will give you the privacy you need.”Ako suggested with a smile.

“Can I have the one on the top floor so I can plant a garden” Kagome said with a smile of her own.

“Well let’s make some calls so you can have your room how you like it, I’ll have Sam show you up and you can visuals how you want it ok.” Ako said picking up the phone and ushering Kagome out where Sam was waiting
