Sesshomaru could hear her. It's like she was right there beside him.

"Sesshomaru," her voice said into his ear.

Turning he tried to locate her.

"Where are you?" He said, his eyes skimming the room trying to locate the woman that kept calling out to him.

There was no one there. Was he losing his mind?

"Sesshomaru," her voice called again, almost as if she were pleading for him to help her.

Standing from his seat in his study, he glanced around the room. Nothing.

"Where are you?" Sesshomaru said.

"I'm here," she said.
