It was a rough day at the office and Sesshomaru was exhausted. A day of business meetings, mergers and marriage proposals with dimwitted females was the last thing on his mind. The only thing he wanted to do was to get a couple of drinks and unwind. The taiyoukai decided to quit for the day and head to the local bar. But what he didn’t expect was the most beautiful female he had ever seen.

There she was; sitting cross-legged was a tall female youkai with long hair and a sleek tail as dark as a raven’s wings with her back to him. Sesshomaru needed to get a better look at this female. He approached her and took an empty seat next to her. Judging by her aura and alluring scent, he could tell that she was a kitsune, a powerful dark kitsune at that.

The female kitsune smiled as Sesshomaru sat next to her. She looked at him with sky blue eyes and licked her lips as she got a good look at him; tall, VERY well built, long silver hair, golden eyes rimmed with red, an indigo crescent moon adorning his forehead and two maroon stripes adorning each cheek. She knew he was a taiyoukai, an inutaiyoukai at that.

The kitsune smiled as he ordered a drink. “So, come here often?”

Sesshomaru became aroused just by the sound of her voice. “No, not at all. I just came for a drink.”

“I see. Say, what’s your name?”

“Sesshomaru, Sesshomaru Taisho. And you are..?”

“Kagome, Kagome Higurashi. You look like you’ve had a busy day.”

“The usual nonsense that comes with my job; business meetings, mergers, business marriage proposals. And what’s your reason for being here, Miss Higurashi?”

“I just broke up with my boyfriend of ten years, a sorry ass excuse for a youkai. His name was Kouga. I caught him cheating on me with a spoiled, whiny brat named Ayame. They thought they could pull one over on me by hiding their scents. I was so upset I left his apartment, but not before I made Ayame regret the day she was born and marked Kouga as Souta’s target. I went home, called my brother Souta and told him about the breakup. Mind you, even though I’m older, he’s very protective of me and to call him upset would be an understatement. He was absolutely furious. He stormed over to his apartment and that was the last thing I heard about Kouga. Hmm, Souta never did tell me what he did when he showed up over there.” An evil smirk formed on Kagome lips. “It’s not like it matters anyway. *sigh* I don’t know why I’m telling you this after knowing you for only five minutes.”

“It’s quite all right. At least you don’t have to deal with him anymore. It was his loss after all.”

“And to think I was going to move in with him. Looking back on it, I’m glad I didn’t.” Kagome then swallowed her drink and ordered another. Sesshomaru ordered a drink and then another, continued talking and learned that they had a lot in common. Soon, it became a drinking challenge, although it would take almost an entire human liquor store to get them completely hammered.

Several hours later, they headed home together. However, Kagome didn’t want to separate herself from the taiyoukai. An idea popped into the kitsune’s head. “Say, why don’t we do something that will solve all our problems? After getting to know you better, I decided that I want to be yours and yours alone. Please, make me yours.”

“Are you sure that you want to be mine? Inuyoukai can be very possessive.”

“I know and I don’t care. I’ve been through too many bad relationships with humans, hanyou and youkai males. All of them failed miserably ‘cause they never measured up, weaklings. You’re different. I can tell you have a lot of power and are more than a match for me. So, yeah, I’m definitely sure.”

“Very well. Your place or mine?”

“It doesn’t matter to me. I don’t care if we do it on the floor right here.”

They looked into each other’s eyes and knew they wanted this more than anything. No more would Sesshomaru have to deal with meeting with vapid, greedy females looking to be THE Mrs. Taisho and digging into the ‘Bank of Taisho’. For some reason, he wouldn’t have to worry about that scenario with this female. She was powerful on her own, had an independent spirit and had no need for his money.

“I agree. Let’s get out of here.” With that, Sesshomaru took Kagome’s hand, paid for both their drinks and hurried out the door. They arrived at the taiyoukai’s penthouse apartment in no time flat, Sesshomaru kissing and nibbling at Kagome’s neck, relishing in her sweet alluring scent before they even reached the elevator. However, neither cared as the taiyoukai pushed the button taking them to the penthouse floor. When the elevator door opened, Kagome quickly stripped Sesshomaru of his suit, one item, not caring where his clothing landed. Luckily, the elevator was a private one as it opened to reveal his living room.

Sesshomaru wasted no time in getting the kitsune’s dress off by ripping it off. Kagome smiled as she nibbled on her soon-to-be mate’s neck. “That’s ok. I can always buy another one.”

“Hn.”

 Soon, they entered the bedroom in just their underwear. They paused for a moment, lust glowing in their eyes before stripping each other completely naked. With a deep growl, Sesshomaru pushed Kagome onto the bed, his eyes glowing as his beast was roaring to take this little vixen here and now. Kagome, on the other hand, licked her lips at this side of the businessman and giggled. “I love it rough.”

Sesshomaru growled as he grabbed her hips and entered her in one hard thrust. Kagome cried out in both pain and pleasure. Though many males came close to having that which was the precious to her, Kagome wouldn’t give her virginity up to just anyone. She would have made their lives a living hell; she saw to that and was quite capable of doing it, being a very mischievous kitsune and all. No, it had to go to that ‘special someone’.

 A deep growl rumbled from Sesshomaru’s chest as he began to thrust hard and fast. Moans of pleasure mixed with feminine growls emitted from the kitsune’s mouth as her beast flared to life, demanding more from the taiyoukai. Sesshomaru’s beast happily obliged and quickened his pace. After several moments, they climaxed, roaring out their pleasure, their powerful auras mingling as one, forming an unbreakable bond. A mating mark resembling Sesshomaru’s crescent moon began to form on the juncture between Kagome’s neck and right shoulder while the Kagome’s family symbol appeared on the same location on Sesshomaru’s body.    

Kagome shuddered underneath her new mate as he started to knot inside her. She gasped for breath as this was the most exciting night of her life. “Damn, that was intense.”

“Hn. No female has ever worn me out the way you have. I’m definitely going to enjoy the mated life.”

“I couldn’t agree more. *yawn* I’m really tired. I’m looking forward to tomorrow. G’night, mate.”

Sesshomaru could only smirk at his feisty new mate. “Goodnight, mate.” And soon, sleep took over as tomorrow would be a new start on the mated life.

Meanwhile, said brother was meditating after an intense workout when he felt a powerful surge of youki, causing him to fall over. “What the hell?” Souta knew then that his big sister was finally mated…to a very powerful youkai. He smiled as he went to take a shower. “About damn time, sis. I can’t wait to meet him.”

From somewhere else in the city, Yukio and Sakura Higurashi awoke with a start. They felt a large surge of power in their cores and knew that something big happened with one of their kits, particularly their eldest. She finally find her mate and Yukio knew it wasn’t that mangy wolf Kouga. From what he gathered from his youngest, he cheated on Kagome with another mangy wolf and suffered the consequences of doing so. A mischievous fanged grin formed on his lips. He could only imagine what Souta had done to him; a chip off the old block. He couldn'twait to meet the lucky youkai either.

End…NOT!
