A Wish Gone Awry
It was finally over. Naraku was defeated and the Shikon Jewel has been made whole. All that was left to do was to make a selfless. However, little did they know that Midoriko had a rather twisted sense of humor. And so, Kagome, current Shikon Miko, made a selfless wish; the disappearance of the Jewel itself. As she made her wish, Midoriko decided to have her fun, starting now.
She started off with Kouga who, along with his cohorts, Ginta and Hakkaku, was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Since he couldn’t take no for an answer, the legendary miko decided to take matters into her own hands. At the same time, she would grant his desire as he did not want to fulfill that ‘forgotten’ promise to Ayame for he would have to mate with someone else. A warm glow began to form around the ookami as some changes were about to occur, as with some others, including his two pack mates, Ginta and Hakkaku. All three ookami began to develop ample breasts and their hips became wider. Their changes complete, they collapsed on top of each other.
Next was Kikyo. Midoriko had grown tired of Inuyasha’s indecisiveness between the former and current Shikon Mikos and made the choice for him, for he would have NEITHER of them since Kagome was being courted by Sesshomaru, the Lord of the Western Lands. First, flesh and blood began to crack the thin clay shell that her body was made of. Then, her body continued to change even more as her body began to tear through her haori as her breasts turned into muscular pecs. Her abs became more defined and her arms became more muscular as well as her legs. Soon, her nails grew to deadly claws. Her teeth became fangs and the tips of her ears became pointed. The last change was a long furry tail to match her hair. When the transformation was complete, Kikyo fainted and fell to the ground.
What was unexpected was Kagura coming back from the dead, with a heart of her own. Another expected transformation also took place as her shoulders, chest and arms became broader, tearing through her kimono. Her hips became narrow and her legs became more muscular. ‘What the hell is happening to me?’
Finally, the transformation was complete as Kagura was almost wiped out. She, or rather, HE fell to his hands and knees, trying to catch his breath. ‘Where’s Kanna’s mirror when you need it the most?’ After several moments, he stood up and he felt a bit different. He could have sworn he felt a draft. Confused, Kagura lifted his hands and noticed they were much bigger than before. His eyes traveled down his forearms and saw they were thicker with muscle. “No…impossible. Why do I sound just like Naraku? ” The kaze youkai grabbed one of his feathers and headed to the closest lake. When he landed near it, he couldn’t help but gawk at his reflection. Kagura was almost the spitting image of Naraku, with a few exceptions; feathers, elfin ears, earrings, command of the wind, his hair pulled in a high ponytail and the absence of a spider mark on his back.
The kaze youkai sat back in disbelief. “Whose sick idea was this? I have to seek out Kagome and find out what the hell is going on.” With that, he grabbed a feather and looked down as he flew towards the Inutachi. “But first, I’m going to need some new clothes.”
Meanwhile, Kikyo regained consciousness and slowly stood from where HE fainted. ‘Strange, why do I suddenly heavier? What just happened? Did my reincarnation make a wish on the Jewel? First, I’m alive. Now it seems as though I’ve become someone else. Why does it suddenly feel colder?’ The former miko looked down to see her new naked, masculine body. He felt something hit the back of his legs. Kikyo turned around to see a furry tail as dark as his hair. HE needed to see his new appearance. And so, he ran to the nearest lake as quickly as he could. ‘It seems as though I’ve become a youkai. And I’m faster than I was when I had my Shindamachuu. But what caused this? I have to get to Inuyasha and his friends and get to the bottom of this. I’m definitely going to need some new clothing. A miko’s garb will not do at all.’
Feminine screams of sheer terror could be heard all around the camp. Ginta and Hakkaku wailed their heads off while hugging each other while Kouga threw the temper tantrum of all temper tantrums. Kagome put her head in her hands while Miroku ogled the now FEMALE ookami. Sango, of course, was silently fuming, itching to get her hands on her Hiraikotsu and both Inuyasha’s and Sesshomaru’s eyebrows twitched. Shippo, Kirara, Kohaku, and Rin only shook their heads while Jaken passed out at some point.
Kouga continued to wail, clinging to the miko for dear life. “How can we be together if I look like this? Stupid Midoriko! What the hell was she thinking?! If she wasn’t dead, I’D KILL HER MYSELF!!”
Inuyasha had had enough. “Would you just shut up, you dumbass? You wouldn’t have stood a chance against Miodriko anyway.”
Kouga turned to glare at the hanyou. “Care to repeat that, you stupid mutt?”
“You heard me, you stupid BITCH. Kami, I guess Midoriko brought out your true nature when the wish was made, huh?”
Kagome was absolutely frustrated with both Kouga and Inuyasha. “Inuyasha, sit.”
The hanyou, of course, slammed into the ground. As soon as he was able, the hanyou stood up. “Damn it, Kagome. What the hell was that for?”
“Because it wasn’t necessary. Kouga, Ginta and Hakkaku are having a rough time as it is. I have no idea why Midoriko did what she did.”
“Keh. Like I care.”
Kouga could never get enough of Inuyasha getting ‘sat’. “Serves you right, mutt. Now who’s the bitch?”
Sesshomaru had to put his two cents in. “As we can all see, you and your pack mates are, wolf PRINCESS.”
Kouga could only growl at this and humphed. By then, Ginta and Hakkaku calmed down. “Well, at least I don’t have to deal with Ayame.”
Kagome scratched the back of her head and laughed nervously. “Uh, yeah, Kouga. But as you know, I’m being courted by Sesshomaru. So, I hope you do find someone else.”
The now female ookami could only cross HER arms in front of her well-endowed chest. Miroku was itching to grope Kouga’s new breasts, but was too late as he got whacked again by Sango and her Hiraikotsu. The taijiya didn’t hide her jealousy of Kouga’s curves. Though Kouga always had an athletic build, she now had breasts equivalent to a D-cup.
Suddenly, Inuyasha caught a familiar yet different scent in the air and headed to its source. But what he did not expect was the change in his first love’s appearance. “Oh, Kami…Kikyo?”
The hanyou was no longer alone as they all saw the new Kikyo. The former Shikon Miko stood in all his naked glory. Inuyasha could only gawk for a moment then turn back in sheer disappointment, his ears drooped. The hanyou’s hopes of rekindling his relationship with HIM were completely dashed.
Kikyo could only look on and feel pity for his first love. Perhaps, it was for the best that this happened and the both of them would find new love. He sighed as he noticed his reincarnation and her taijiya friend gawk and drool at the sight of his newly built body. A growl rose from his throat, snapping them out of their dazes. “Perhaps, some explanations are in order. I no longer sense the presence of the Jewel, which means it was wished out of existence. And some new clothes are in order since I can’t walk around naked.” He noticed his reincarnation start to drool. “You’re drooling, Kagome. It is undignified for a future Lady of the West.” Sesshomaru arched his eyebrow at this. It looked like they discussed the courting at length before the battle against Naraku.
A new voice was also heard at the right moment. “I’d like some answers as well. If this is Midoriko’s idea of a joke, it sure as hell isn’t funny.”
Kagome’s eyes widened at the source of the voice. “K-Kagura? Is that you?”
From somewhere in the afterlife, a beautiful miko wiped her eyes after laughing so hard at the spectacle she caused. Midoriko had a feeling that something could come from all this. Phase One of her plan was complete when Kagome wished the Jewel out of existence and Phase Two was just underway.
