This was revenge. Plain and simple. They had killed the only one that she ever loved and they were going to pay. No one was going to get in her way.

“I’ll avenge you Sesshomaru. These fuckers won’t know what hit them.”

She was almost to the town jail. She’d make her very first kill her. Anyone who stood in her way would pay as well. Kagome Higurashi walked into the town jail and found the sheriff quickly enough.

“Hello Naraku, how are you doing on this fine morning?” She asked.

Naraku looked up from some of his papers and stared at her for a moment. “I am doing fine Miss Kagome. Is there something that you needed?”

“As a matter of face there is,” Kagome said slyly to him. He would have no idea of what was going to happen. “I was just wondering if you still wanted that kiss.”

His eyes became more seductive at her words. “You should know I still would Miss Ka-.” A shot sounded and Naraku slumped over his desk, dead. Kagome held a smoking pistol out in front of her. She walked behind the desk and pulled him up b his hair. She kissed his forehead and let go.

“How was that for a kiss?” Kagome questioned before walking out of the jail. She went to her awaiting horse and the only people that she trusted. Her best friend Sango and her husband Miroku along with Inuyasha the half-brother to her dead lover, Sesshomaru. They were the only one that knew what she had planned and what she was going to do with the rest of her life.

“Let’s go before someone comes.” She said as she mounted her horse. They were off in the next second.
