Kiss

The stoic taiyoukai tilted his head as he stared long and hard at the little miko. Taking this as a sign that he hadn't quite heard her the girl repeated the question.

"I asked if you'd like a kiss." and she held out the small chocolate offering.

He took her proffered hand and used it to pull her into his embrace. As she blushed he lifted her chin with his free hand and gently captured her lips with his own. Time stood still for several moments before he pulled away and she had to try to remember how to breathe again. Sesshomaru looked on as she regained her composure before he leaned down and whispered.

"Thank you for asking."

He enjoyed the color she turned as he walked past her to take the little candy to Rin.
