         On behalf of our staff we would like to thank you for submitting a college application. However, after carefully reviewing your grades and extracurricular activities, we have decided that we are unable to welcome you for SPRING 2010 at Tokyo University. We would however recommend that you attend a community college for the mean time. If you are able to increase your GPA and prove to be an active participant on campus by SPRING of 2011 we will gladly re-evaluate your application for approval. On behalf of the entire staff, we sincerely hope to see the daughter of one of our most prestigious professors succeed in life.
