Ever since Sesshomaru mated with Kagome, there seemed to be a new pattern in his behavior. Whenever, Kagome went out with her friends, Sesshomaru would hover over her, watching the males around her. If they so much as looked at her, he would threaten them with bodily harm, stating that the miko was his. It drove her nuts. When would she ever get a break and have a good time without her mate watching her like dog coveting its favorite bone?

That's what it felt like for her. And so, Kagome confronted Sesshomaru about his possessive behavior. The taiyoukai scoffed at this. "You knew what you were getting into when you mated with this Sesshomaru. No one messes with what belongs to him. End of discussion."

Kagome sighed at this. "I give up."

Sesshomaru looked at her suspiciously. "No, you don't."

The miko cursed silently and went to their bedroom to mope. "Stupid youkai. One day, you'll get yours."
