I would march across the desert to defeat my enemy

“ Dammit! i'm not going to let you go!” he stared down at her with fierce golden eyes, the red hue at the corners of his eyes were fighting a winning battle prepared to take over. She tried pulling her arm away from his grasp but when she realized it was no use she glared up at him. “ stop acting like this! You've had your chance, its over!” tears were slowly making its way down her face “ I can't take this anymore...please...just let go” her tears turned into quiet sobs while he just stared with unsure eyes, not knowing how to act. It was then that the waiting figure in white decided to make a move “ let her go Inuyasha”

Does he really know you like I know you, all the little things?
Does he really love you, like I love you, how can he compete?
If he makes me fight for you, die for you, would he do the same?
This is turning into way more than a game..

Inuyasha looked up at the figure with pure hate in his eyes... “YOU STAY OUT OF THIS SESSHOMARU! How could you!? Why do you always go after what's mine!? ” Kagome took this chance and ran over to Sesshomaru “ she was never yours to begin with little brother...”

Now it feels like soldiers in a war and none of us are backing down
And I will show you victory is mine before we leave this battleground

In only a few seconds Inuyasha had unsheathed his Tetusaiga and started furiously attacking Sesshomaru “stop playing with her Sesshomaru, she's not a toy!!!” “ you dare insult this Sesshomaru's honor!?”

You know he's not the man you think he is; he's hiding all his flaws
So tell me what's the point of fighting? Because we'll all end up with scars
But girl if that's what I must go through, then I'm not prepared to lose
Cause I've already bled so much for you (No..)

“Kagome think about it!! why would he fall in love with you!? This is just another one of his sick games!!!” the tears that were falling down her face doubled instantly as she looked at him with sympathetic eyes “he's not you Inuyasha”

His eye's watered while everything that happened over the past few years sunk in... “I'm the sick one not him, Its too late...” Inuyasha fell to the ground, leaning against Tetusaiga. He looked up at kagome with hopeless eyes “ Kagome the choice is yours...who do you choose?”

Kagome let go of Sesshomaru's arm and walked over to Inuyasha. She leaned down and hugged him “ I'm sorry Inuyasha” The glass broke and his tears overflowed freely down his face as he rest his head on her shoulder one last time.

Sesshomaru placed his hand on Kagome's shoulder. She looked up at him with pleading eyes, he seemed to take the hint and nodded “ you may visit us in the west if you please, the doors will always be open for you” Inuyasha seemed shocked at first but then a small smile slowly appeared on his face. “take care of her sesshomaru...”
