Teen drama, the beginning and the end by Kittie

Chapter 1

Kagome didn't know what to do, her mom was being supportive, but how was she going to tell her boyfriend about what she found out. 'Would he leave me? Would he deny it?' Kagome thought sadly, she stopped as the hand signal came up letting the cars fly past her. She was so scared, she felt so alone. She walked on towards her school, Shikon High. Filled with preps, your average subcultures and the chicks who slept with all the teams. She saw Sango sitting down under a tree in the school yard, flirting with Miroku. Her eyes got watery at the sight, 'I'm jealous of my best friend because she didn't miss up her life.' Sango saw her and waved, a big smile on her face; Kagome let out a little sob and looked down at the ground as she walked past them. If she was seen with Sango then he would she, her too and she didn't want to face him yet. 

Sango must have heard it because she grabbed her wrist and gently pulled her down to sit beside her. Kagome let out another sob and looked away from Sango, "Kagome what's wrong?" She felt the tears running down her face now and accidentally let another sob out this time louder, getting Miroku's attention. "Sango...he's going to leave me." She wailed out, covering her face with her hands and went ahead and freely cried, Sango rested a hand on Kagome's shoulder and said, "why would Sesshomaru leave you Kagome? What did you do?" Kagome shook her head and looked at Sango. "It's not what I did, it's what I found out, Sango." She breathed in and whispered,"I'm pregnant." Hearing the words made Kagome's chest hurt and so she began to cry even harder, Sango wrapped her arms around Kagome and rested her cheek on the top of Kagome's head. "It's okay Kagome, I'm here for you. Your not alone, if he leaves you because of that then he is not a man but a coward.

Sango looked at Miroku with sad eyes, they knew how Sesshomaru Taisho was. Many girls would tell him they were pregnant to make him stay with them and he would leave them, saying they were lying. Miroku nodded and walked away and towards a group of boys in the parking lot, breathing in and exhaling slowly and shaky Miroku told himself, 'It's for Kagome. It's for Kagome. I'm gonna die. Sesshomaru's gonna kill me. It's for Kagome.'  Miroku forced a smile out and waved his hand, "hey guys, what ya up to?" Inuyasha, Sesshomaru's brother sent him a smirk and said, "nothing really, just talking about, chicks and what to do over spring break." "Which beings after the bell rings later." Koga sung out.Miroku nodded his head and cleared his throat, "Um, Sess man. I really got to talk to you about something." Sesshomaru looked at Miroku with a bored look and said, "go ahead." Miroku looked around him and gulped loudly out of nervousness. "No, Sesshomaru, it's important and about one of my friends. I needs to be spoke of in private." Inuyasha snorted and said, "what is Kagome pregnant or something." They all laughed at his joke and stopped when Miroku looked down and kicked some dirt.

Inuyasha uncrossed his arms and flattened his ears, "hey I was just jokin about her being pregnant Miroku." Mirou shook his head and looked away from them. "No Inuyasha you hit the mark, Sango is with her right now. She tried walking past me and her but Sango heard her crying and pulled her down to sit with her, and she broke down. She's afraid, Sesshomaru. And I'm warning you, if you say she is lying, I'll kick your ass. Kagome never lies to anyone, and you know that." All the guys looked at Sesshomaru as he leaned forward on the top of his car, head down. Inuyasha spoke up quietly, "what are you going to tell dad?" Sesshomaru didn't hear Inuyasha, 'she's pregnant? I'm too young to be a dad, no I can't do it, I can't do this. I'm sorry Kagome but it's over.' Sesshomaru pulled his phone out and texted somebody, after his was done he put the phone back in his pocket and said, "come on the bell has rung."

Kagome read the text she got from Sesshomaru, it was two words she hated to read and hear. It's over. She knew Miroku went off to tell him, she knew he was going to do that, so...why did it still hurt? Kagome looked back at the teacher talking, and went off to her mind. 'I feel stupid, no period for three months your stomach has a buldge and yet it never crossed my freakin mind I could be pregnant. Stupid Kagome.' "Miss Higurashi." Kagome blinked and looked at her teacher, "yes, Miss Kaede?" "Are ye alright, ye be looking a little paler than normal." Kagome shook her head and said,"no I'm not, my I be excused?" Kaede nodded and went back to talking. None of her friends were in her first period except Koga but he really wasn't a friend more of a annoying guy who only talked to her because of Sesshomaru. Kagome was glad that the principal let her were comfortable clothing since her mom called in and told him of her condition, she used to live with her dad but he kicked her out when she told him, so she lives with her mom, brother, and grandpa in the Sunset Shrine.

The band on her gym shorts, felt tight against her stomach and it made her sick. She didn't make it to the girls bathroom and threw up right at the nurses door, the nurse came out and stepped over the puddle and helped Kagome moved to the principals office. the nurse sat her down in one of the plastic chairs sitting out in the hall, "wait here Ms. Higurashi and I'll inform your mother." Kagome nodded and closed her eyes. The cold plastic of the chair felt good against her skin, "Kagome what you doing on this side of the school." Kagome hated Naraku, she opened her eyes and let out softly, "none of your business now go away." She heard him chuckle and saw him sitting down beside her,"you do know the whole school is now starting to know about your...condition." He finally said when he looked down at her stomach with the little bulge.

She ignored him and felt her nose getting warm, if the whole school knew she would be the center of the gossip and rumors. Heck she probably already was. "Did you also know Naraku that Sesshomaru was told today and broke up with me." Naraku was a jerk all the time but what popped out of his mouth right now was a shocker, "he needs to grow some balls and take responsibility. If I got a girl pregnant I would, no matter how scary it was. I still would." Kagome looked at him with watery eyes and sniffled, he looked uncomfortable and coughed. "Umm...I gotta get back to class now." Naraku got up and walked away but stopped when he heard a tiny voice, "thank you for saying that Naraku." He turned and smiled at her and went back to class, 'ohh Taisho, what fun I will have when I get back. Kukukuku...'

Myoga looked at Naraku as he entered, "let me guess, you didn't go to the bathroom and went to see a girl, eh Onigumo." Naraku smirked and said, "why I was going to see a girl, but another one caught my eye." Myoga sighed and sat down, Sesshomaru said loudly to Naraku in a cocky voice, "and please do tell who this whore was." Naraku laughed which made everybody stop talking abd look at the two demons. Even Myoga got interested in this now,"oh, she's not a whore. She was sitting infront of Totosi's office, sick. And I stopped to talk to her, apparently her boyfriend broke up with her and now I'm interested. can you guess who she is Taisho? No? Oh good, because she is mine now, once she is over you." Sesshomaru gave him a bored expression and said, "another fan girl." Naraku walked towards Sesshomaru's desk and said loudly as he bent down, "this was not a fan girl but you pregnant ex-girlfriend Kagome Higurashi. You don't have to worry about her anymore or the kid, I'll take care of both of them for ya." No one seen it coming, Sesshomaru's eyes glazed red and he punched Naraku sending him to the other side of the room. Sesshomaru got up and walked out, ignoring myoga's yelling.

Kagome finally got home a few minutes ago and layed down on her bed, she took off the gym shorts and put on baggy cotton pants she got from American Eagle.  (never shopped there but I'm guessing they have those weird pants there.) 

She didn't tell her mother about Sesshomaru breaking up with her, she closed her eyes and sighed. She grabbed the covers and pulled them over her head, crying silently. "Kagome, you have a visitor." Kagome ignored her mom and didn't feel like seeing anyone, she wanted to crawl into a hole and die. She didn't hear her door opening and closing, but she did feel someone sitting on her bed. She stayed under the covers and sniffled, "Kagome. We need to talk." Her eyes widen at the sound of Sesshomaru's voice, suddenly she was mad. "What do you want? You apparently lied to me when you said you loved me, and then you leave me because I'm pregnant? Your a shallow bastard." She heard him sigh and felt the covers being pulled away from her, exposing her to Sesshomaru's view. He looked at her as he talked, "call me what you like, but I am scared Kagome. My father is going to kill me when I tell him, I was hoping Miroku was joking when Inuyasha made a joke about you being pregnant.

I'm too young to be a dad." "Well, I'm too young to have a baby, have you thought of that?!" Sesshomaru closed his eyes and covered his face with his hands, she watched him for a minute and looked around her room. It was filled with pictures of her and him, some at the beach she went with his family, some was when they went camping with her family. Some was just taken at random moments and some at theme parks, "I have no excuse for breaking up with you, I'm sorry. I want to take responsibility and I want you by my side with our child." Kagome looked at him with a watery smile, he looked up at her with unshed tears. "I'll tell my dad tonight, and Kagome?" She whispered to him, "yes?" Sesshomaru looked down and said, "be my girlfriend again." Kagome nodded and hugged Sesshomaru, he hugged her back tightly and whisepred in her ear. "Let's get through this together." Kagome nodded and smiled,

That night Sesshomaru told his father and they had a moment, his mother stopped talking to him and moved out. When he told Toga that he got Kagome pregnant he was upset, angry and worried but it brought them together. In September Kagome gave birth to a baby girl they named Mi-cha, she had silver had, pointy ears and blue eyes. Kagome brought Mi-cha with her to school sometimes and ignored all the whispers she heard from the other girls, she was finally happy and when she gave birth her dad came into her room the next day and hugged her, saying he was proud of her and will always love her.

The years went on and on, and soon mi-cha was a sixteen year old who was team captain on her volleyball team, she made A's all the time and soon she repeated what they done, except she went to a party and slept some a guy she didn't know. They had their moments and dealt with it like a family, Kagome wasn't too mad about the news and was excited about being a grandparent, months went on and Mi-cha gave birth to still born baby boy. She named him after her grand father Toga, few days later baby Toga was buried and years went on, Sesshomaru and Kagome got older and soon past away do to pneumonia. They lived through the drama, the hard life of being a teen parent, and they succeeded. They watched on as their family grew, watching over the newborns and helped the old pass on to the next lifetime. They were truly happy, in the beginning, and the end.
