He could not prevent the gurn that came over his features as he watched the miko stomping away.  He was tempted to follow her, but refrained for several minutes as the last time he dared to follow his angered mate resulted in her tears and a pounding headache for him.  Now, as he sat on the cream-colored couch, he wondered what he had done to set her off this time.  He had only answered truthfully when she asked, "Does this dress make me look fat?"
