Delivering groceries sucks. Really. It's not like I want to make this my career. It just helps pay for all of the things that I want and my parents either said they could not afford to buy for me or told me I couldn't have. I am so glad they don't check my backpack. I am sure they would not like what they found in there. I mean, seriously, why shouldn't a kid be allowed an I-pod?

Being seventeen sucks sometimes. How would a guy ever impress a hot girl without having all the stuff the others do?

There are perks to having this job. I get to deliver stuff to hot chicks' houses, see what they are like. It is really cool. You would be surprised at how many late teens/early twenties hot single chicks there are out there. And how many of them get deliveries from yours truly.

You would also be surprised at how many of them are total slobs.

Well, I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover.

One day, a really hot chick came in, with the most amazing blue eyes you have ever seen. She was a total 10, you know? Anyways, she bought a whole bunch of stuff, and asked for me to deliver it. Score!!

I took the stuff over, and was a little miffed to see that she lived on the thirteenth floor of some apartment building. These kinds of deliveries were really a pain in my behind.

I was bringing the stuff up, and finally rang her bell, slightly out of breath. The elevator was broken! She answered the door, and with a smile, invited me in. I looked around and noticed that not only was she neat, she was also very elegant. At least her house was.

I was totally going to ask her out to coffee. She was so nice to me, and it didn't seem like there was a guy around.

She took the bags from me and started looking through her purse for a tip to give me, but she couldn't find anything.

"Oh no!" she said. "I don't have any cash!"

I looked at the distressed expression on her face and was about to tell her it was fine, don't worry about it, when suddenly some cash was in front of my face.

I turned and saw a really cool looking guy, all spiffy in a button down and trousers. He looked pretty straight-laced. Nothing like the guy I would picture the cute little blue eyed girl to be with. Well, unless I wasn't counting myself.

"Uh, thanks," I said, accepting the really large tip from him. God, what a douchebag. Really cool answer.

"My hero," the girl said. She then went to give the guy a kiss and he grabbed her and pulled her into the longest and most passionate kiss I had ever seen. I have to admit, I wished I could ask the guy for pointers, so I could kiss a chick like that.

I turned around and left the apartment. I guess I wasn't getting her. Oh well, there were lots of other women out there, and one thing was the same for all of them.

They all needed to eat.
