Challenge: Skye's Weekly Challenge

Kagome sat by a babbling river humming happily and lowly to herself. next to her was a secret box she always carried with her. None of her friends knew the box existed because the miko had kept it well hidden from them. None of them knew of the miko's secret fetish for ribbons. Oh yes. Ribbons. You heard right. She loved all kinds of ribbons were they silk, wool, linen, with patterns, or solid colors. Kagome even had ribbons from other countries. When no one was looking she would open her box and look at all her ribbons giggling madly to herself. The was her secret fix. Her secret obcession. Her drug.

Today was no different. Her friends were busy doing other things. Inuyasha was out scouting the area for any enemies, Shippo and Kirara were out and about gathering herbs and berries, Sango was sharpening her Hiraikotsu, and Miroku was in a nearby village performing an exorcism.

She reached into her box and was so absorbed in looking for the right ribbon to play with she failed to notice a powerful demonic presence hidden amoung the trees. For a moment the miko stiffened and looked around frantically. She grabbed her box and held it close to her chest almost squishing it between her arms and breasts. Kagome looked like a mad woman trying to protect what little supply of crack her had left.

The mere thought of that was quite amusing to the demon lord who was watching the miko (if he even knew what crack was lol). He had being watching Kagome for some time now, truth be told. He first noticed the miko's odd obcession one day while scouting his lands. She was all alone sitting under a tree and giggling to herself. Sneaking closer he was partly intrigued to see her giddy over ribbons. They lay everywhere; on her lap, in her hands, or in her hair. That was the start of his hidden obcession for the miko.

"Who's there? I sense you!" the sound of the miko's voice brought the demon lord brought him out of his musings.

Grumbling inwardly for being caught the inu lord straightened his body and walked out from amoung the trees like a silver god...with fluff. Kagome's eye's widened and she jumped to her feet backing away.

"S-Sesshomaru! Wh-What are you doing here?" Kagome studdered.

Smirking, Sesshomaru walked over to a tree and leaned his back on it. There was a calm eerie silence between them. The only sound, the only movement was the gentle wind passing through the area and the unsteady breathing of the flustered miko.

"Is there a particular reason you are obcessed with ribbons, miko?" Sesshomaru asked breaking the tensed silence.

Kagome's mouth opened and closed like a fish without water. It took her several moment to calm the racing thoughts in her mind and form a sufficient answer that would satisfy the inu Daiyoukai's curiosity.

"Hey wait a mintue! How did you know I loved ribbons? Have you been stalking me?" Kagome narrowed her eyes and clutched her special box closer to her like a bitch protecting her pups.

"Fear not miko. I do not wish to take your ribbons from you. I was merely curious as to why a miko of your standing would be highly amused with such a simple thing." Sesshomaru turned his head and Kagome could almost swear she saw a hint of amusement in his eyes. For a moment Kagome thought she went brain dead. No way. Sesshomaru being....dare I say it? playful?

Glaring suspiously at Sesshomaru Kagome sat back down and turned her back on him. Not the greatest idea now that she thought about it. Sesshomaru could have easily taken this as an insult (as he does with nearly everything but with his...deadpaness...you couldn't tell sometimes) and could easily cut her down with his youkai whip.

"My, my, a little protecive of your treasure are we miko?" Sesshomaru taunted and stepped closer to the miko.

He watched with satisfaction as the miko froze as he leaned over and snatched the box from her. Kagome gave an outraged cry and scrambled to her feet while Sesshomaru sidestepped her hand. Kagome was positvely livid. Her cheeks tainted with red and her eyes flashing like a caged animal waiting to pounce on her prey.

"Give it back...now!" the miko bit out.

Sesshomaru tapped his chin with his other hand and titled his head in deep thought, "No." He was rewarded with an unhuman growl from the miko and her childishly stamping her foot. She clenched and unclenched her fists while flaring her aura trying to intimidate Sesshomaru.

"Gimme! It's mine, my own! my precious!" Kagome hissed before launching foward to grab the box but Sesshomaru being the tall inu daiyoukai he was simply held his arm up out of the miko's reach while she tried fruitlessly to get her prized box back. An amused rumbling from his chest startled Kagome out of her desperation. Really. Sesshomaru was acting wierder than normal. Did she actually hear him chuckle? First it was a hint of amusement in his eyes now it was a chuckle. What was next...a kiss?

Kagome choked and her cheeks flushed as she imagined Sesshomaru pressing his lips to hers in a heated kiss filled with passion. The vision strayed to outright smut making Kagome very aroused. Whoa, now that was what I called hot doggie sex.

Shaking her head to clear her mind she was faced with the firm and armored chest of the object of her sexual fantasies as of the moment. She was afraid to look up but she did and she saw Sesshomaru with a raised brow.

"Thinking naughty thoughts about me my little miko? Tsk tsk." Sesshomaru smirked and suddenly closed the distance between him and the shocked Kagome to claim her lips. At first the kiss was hesitant but turned fiery. Sesshomaru immediately thrust his hot tongue into Kagome's mouth exploring every inch. Not having control over her body Kagome gave into the kiss and returned the gesture.

After what seemed like minutes Kagome was standing alone in a lust filled daze not noticing her box returned to her hands and Sesshomaru taking to the sky on his youkai cloud. It took several moments for the kiss to sink in but when it did Kagome threw her hands up in the air and dropped the box screaming excitedly like a school girl who got her first kiss from her crush. But in essence she did...in some strange way. Kagome became ridiculously happy jumping around wrapping her arms around her body and dancing until her friends came upon her with gaping mouths and wide eyes.

"What the hell?" Inuyasha was at a total loss as to Kagome's strange behavior. Shippo was hiding behind Sango's leg while Miroku seemed to come to some logical conclusion about Kagome's display.

"I think she's finally lost it. Perhaps it be best if we take a long break. I think this heat might be messing with her mind." Miroku said as everyone nodded with sweatdrops forming on their heads....even Kirara.
