What should I do with the twins?

Luck, was a mysterious concept which became far more mysterious for the inu half-brothers. Historically speaking, the brothers have never had a stroke of good luck. Mysterious as it maybe, their luck always seemed to have backstabbed them one way or other.

So, who could they blame other than their luck when the pair were imprisoned in a water mirror by a foreign witch? What else could they blame when they were trapped as a result of mistaken identity? And who or what could they curse when the said witch swapped their bodies like she was shuffling a deck of cards?

Kagome, on the other hand could always argue that her luck had been particularly good. She had never had any complaint about a day in her life when the Gods had mistreated her. Well, Kagome could definitely argue that her good luck has always been a sort of sarcasm that the Gods had thrown at her face. But, she could never say that her luck was bad.

Maybe, that's why she wanted to curse her sarcastic good luck when the pair of twins in front of her suddenly shouted, 'Kagome' in a high-pitched voice. Her good luck had been a joke once again. The pair of twins had met her for the first time and should not know her name. Even if the pair were her nephews, she was defintely sure that they did not know her name. 

Could anyone please tell her, why her life was a joke, thought Kagome, as she stared at the pair of twins and their suddenly changed eye-colour. Golden? Kagome panicked and shouted at the top of her lungs, "Inuyasha? Sesshomaru?"

The boys only calmly nodded and Kagome instantly fainted.

"Kagome-chan! We would be leaving Achi and Kochi in your care. Brother and sister-in-law thanks you in advance."

Beep...beep....beep...

The line was abruptly cut off and Kagome fell on her chair, lifeless. 

Was this a joke? Why did the brothers swap bodies with her nephews?

Seeing Kagome's open mouth, one of the twins, moved to her and shut her mouth with a pair of white hands.

Kagome blinked and looked at the soft, marshmallow like face in front of her. She could not help but ask, "Which one are you?"

The little nephew looked highly offended and sneered at her, "Sesshomaru!"

Kagome was emotionally moved. Who knew the cold lord was so caring.

Emotionally moved Kagome, pulled the little nephew into her arms and hugged him tight.

The little nephew who had been hugged silly, could only blush like a teenager and struggle in the rather strong arms of an adult woman.

"Kagome! Let this one go!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, when he felt the air supply almost got cut off. 

The other little nephew could only holler when his twin was being squished like a lemon.

Aunt Kagome came back to her senses and let the little lord out of her hug. She wiped a tear, "Sorry!"

After settling down her emotions, Kagome asked the pair, "So, how did you guys land into such a situation?"

The pair who had been standing far away from each other, walked towards the sofa and plopped down.

"We were trapped in a water mirror!"

"The foreign witch chanted something.... Voodaa...vooodaaa.... or whatever."

"Hn, and then we were here!"

Kagome who had been shifting her eyes from one twin to other, felt slightly dazed. She put a hand on her forehead, rubbed it slightly and then asked, "Ah! Please slow down! First tell me, who is who."

"I am Inuyasha"

"Sesshomaru!"

Kagome stared at them once again. Then she pointed at a random one, "Ah! Sesshomaru?"

"No, you dumb bitch, I am Inuyasha!"

Kagome sighed loudly. She was so exhausted that she did not even want to bother with these two at the moment. Very timely, the three stomachs growled loudly. The sound bounced off the quite apartment room and Kagome smiled sheepishly.

"Do you guys, perhaps want to eat something?"

"Ramen!"

"No!"

Kagome unfolded her legs, "Ya. Sure!"

She moved to her small apartment kitchen and very sluggishly took out her cooking utensils. One of the twins bounced up and down near her leg. Kagome looked down and spotted the vigorously jumping twin. Her eyes softened. She ruffled his hair and allowed him to tail her throughout her dinner preparation.

One hour later, the three sat down on a very small but comfortable dining table and started to eat. 

Kagome took care to seperate adequate portions on both bowls.

She smiled at the two, "Eat up guys! Since you are here, you would have to live under my care. Let's get along!"

The brothers scoffed.

Kagome smiled sweetly as she placed three more meat pieces in one of the twins bowl, "Inuyasha, no Ramen, okay? You are a growing kid. Aunty will feed you properly!"

Inuyasha growled, "Who aunty? Look at that face, Kagome! You do not even look young anymore. Just do everyone a favour and call yourself grandma!"

Kagome's lips twitched. Very calmly she got up from her seat. She walked to the fuming twin and picked him up by the collar of his shirt. After that, the scene was extremely gruesome. The child was taken into one of the adjacent rooms.

The only thing Sesshomaru heard after that was a loud pitched sound, "Kagome! I am sorry... Waahhaaaa! Please, please stop hitting me... You are still beautiful.... Please, Kagome!" 

Sesshomaru shuddered, subconsciously.
