A/N: Just, really quickly. The first ten chapters of this Drabble series was meant to be for DDN January 2016 but due to technical issues I was unable to post them until far later. So though this was posted after DDN the prompts were from it. I received permission to at the very least state the prompts were from DDN which is why you don't see the banner on my page. That is all hope you enjoy!

Her eyelids were heavy with fatigue and her body lacked energy but she forced herself through the haze. One blink, then two. Lifting her head she found that she was now laying in a meadow of, almost undisturbed, shanga flowers as far as the eye could see. Beneath her however was the aftermath of a rather ungraceful tumble.

Kagome tentatively sat up and immediately felt the merciless bite of bruised flesh. "Ow! That must've been one nasty fall." She said aloud while cataloging her wounds.

"Miko." Spoke a deep velvet voice not far behind her.

She froze in recognition. "Sesshomaru…?"
