Just returning to this fandom for the first time in forever, and stumbled on your treasure trove of fics... you're an amazing talented author! If you ever pick this one back up I'd love to read it. 

Well, this certainly is interesting. I really want to understand how she got the jewel to her heart if Sesshoumaru made an incision in Kagome's side. How did her arm become injured? Why the hell does the jewel randomly kill things? And what did it do to Sesshoumaru (and Inuyasha)? So many questions, but until we get to the answers, the story is enjoyable and we'll written. Thanks for posting this little mystery.

Okay so, I have no clue what is happening here as I'm sure you intended. Which is great because I love a good mystery. I'm hooked, keep it coming!

Poor Kagome! I just sat and cried with her! It sounds like she absorbed the lives (or energy) of all of those mice and birds and gave it back to Sango and Miroku. And to think that she didn't want to hurt her friends, much less some poor innocent small animals! Then to wake up covered in small animal bodies as they gasped out their last breaths.......how aweful!

Just what sort of curse has that horrible jewel given Kagome now? Hasn't she been thru enough???!!!??? I hope she gets better or something good comes out of all of this mess.

Yes, this was both as good and as bad as I'd feared: good, in that this story feeds my angst craving so, so well...and bad, since I have a bad feeling about what has happened - Kagome isn't going to be happy. I love the mystery!

By the way, hearty congratulations for receiving your degree! It's a great achievement.

Hopefully Sesshoumaru can use his sword to revive Miroku and/or Sango, if needed.

I'm like, kind of confused. And dumbfounded. And wide-eyed hyperventilating. And now I'm going to go and reread tjis whole thing because there's this message and this feeling that spews out of this thing and I want to remember what happened and want to find out what and now I am just rambling, but this is what it feels like reading this fic and I hope you'll soldier on giving us more.

Poor Kagome! Are these new powers overwhelming her? Is she becoming a creature of Death? I hope that she gets better soon! Imagine, not being able to touch or even be around anyone for fear of sucking the life energy from them until they turn to dust!!! At least that is what it sounds like is happening in this story! Of course, if Kagome's new ability is controlling time and, like a child first learning to walk, she has no control over this power right now, there will be some horrible happenings for a while......

this is different, keep it up.

Oh! I missed this! It's so interesting, I can't wait to see what's happening to her.

 creepy! I'm going to guess this means she absorbed all the powers of the demons that were part of or influenced by the jewel, but can't control these powers yet.
