Interesting story. Dark and yet hopeful. Everyone has their struggles, yet everybody is working to fix them. No one is just rolling over and taking it. I like that everyone is willing to fight to get what they want. I just wonder who will win the fight. I can't wait to see what happens next :)

Yay, Jaken joined their group! I wonder what Kagome will do...? If she chooses not to return to the castle, I hope that Bokuseno can help Miroku and Sango somehow!

I honestly can't keep up with all of your stories and it just occured to me that depending on my mood, my favorite story switches. Today, in order of fave, it's First Snow, The One, The List.  Last week I was feeling kinda wacky so was The List, First Snow then The One.  Anyway, love them all....enjoying them immensely and I can honestly say you wouldn't hurt my feelings if you were to update any of these like all the time.  PLEASE!

Omg, sess is such a twat!!!  Lol But so in character I love it! I can't wait until they catch up with inu and kikyo. That ought to be epic. 

Yay, a new chapter! God, those dwarfs were nasty, lol. I like that Jaken at least seemed to have SOME sense out of all of them - maybe he will catch up with Sess and Kags and help them on their quest?

Loved your characterization of Sesshoumaru - he's so cold and ruthless. I also liked the bit of lust he showed toward Kagome, hehe. ;)

Yay, she found him.  I wonder what happened to our Sess and I wonder if the '7' will be THE Band of Seven which would be cool.  I like the idea of those misfits helping Kagome.  She clearly needs help.  Why oh why did she leave on her own?  Silly Kagome. 

Oh this is just getting better and better. Kikyo is the bad guy...but Kagome kinda is too! I love it! Can't wait for the next installment!

What is Kagome thinking, going after Kikyo on her own?? D: Interesting how she came across Sesshoumaru! Wonder what he will say to her when he wakes. And what will the dwarfs be like - please tell me they'll be imps and that Jaken will be 'Grumpy' lol! Jk...but seriously, I can't wait to see where you take this! :)

So, the truth comes out! Poor Kagome, always a replacement for Kikyo, it seems. :( And it looks like she's becoming more and more unhinged by her current situation...

This is such a cool story, Luna! I can't really guess where it's headed at all, which is totally exciting! :) Looking forward to the next chapter, and to Sesshoumaru's role in the tale!

Now that I think about it, (I know your writing the "snow white and the seven dwarf's" theme) if you look at it in a diplomatic/logical way, "Why not invite her look alike into the castle? To get to know her and find out more about what the people want or need?".

Though I do have a question. From the time gap between ch.1 and ch.2 "How does the people fair under her rule?" besides the fact that they're nearing a war like condiction/s.  Or am I guessing right that as you wrote, "with supplies dwindling as well as troops" that it also implies the rest of her people are in such a state? Or would that be too revealing? Because in this story, it is your plot, and I don't know how you've changed it. Just wanted to get a bigger picture since the time gap. ^-^

I just love this!!!! Can't wait for the next installment.

Whew, yet another interesting chap. There are so many twists and turns to this story and it's only the third chapter!  In chap 1 when Kagome talked to the mirror, I loved that she didn't ask if she would be a great ruler, just if she would be fair for her people which is so telling given the cruel circumstances that she came to be in that awful place.  Then I was a bit saddened by the end of chap 2 thinking you might make Kags the baddie and Kikyo the goodie which, I have to be honest, I didn't like that turn...but that's just me.  Now chap 3 has me all confused - is Kikyo really good or is she pretending to be good as revenge and if it is all a ruse, wouldn't the magic mirror know?  He was kinda singing Kikyo's praises.  Poor Kagome, she seems so lonely and isolated and insecure.  I hope she decides to confide in Sango and Miroku, poor girl needs some Feudal era therapy and sharing is caring:) 

Anyway, good stuff.
