Awe it ended so cutely. Keep up the good work.
Sesshomaru is right, that is a sweet closing scene. I really enjpayed reading your story.
A purely technical constructive criticism: beware homonyms and run-on sentences. There were quite a few chapters with mixed up words (board instead of bored, where instead of were, etc.). The teacher in me was also adding in lots and lots of periods to break up run-ons.
I'll definirely be popping over to your profile at a later date to do some more reading :)
Nicole (Chapter 39) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
I like! Hurrah for Kagome and Sesshomaru talking it out instead of jumping right into intimacy! :)
Nicole (Chapter 32) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
Very nice.
I like that you have Kagome grieving for Shippo throughout the story; just like real life, it is a process and a journey, not an isolated event. Those we miss come to mind through a lot of our everyday events, and it is good to remember :)
Nicole (Chapter 31) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
eyebrows raised higher
Oh. Yeah, he definitely should have asked her...
If I was Kagome, I would definitely make him wait longer than a month, just to be contrary about it ;)
Nicole (Chapter 30) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
eyebrows raised
Ooooooo, what did Sesshomaru do...?!?
clicks to next chapter...
Nicole (Chapter 18) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
Ah ha! I was just wondering where Rin was hiding. Question answered :)
Nicole (Chapter 13) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
A very nice set of explantations in this chapter. I like how you wrote Kagome's reaction to being thrown in the pond: indignant at first, and then she sucks it up like a mature adult.
My only issue: didn't Kagome do meditation with Megumi? I thought she was meditating when Midoriko appeared to her and then they meditated together during breaks on their journey to Lady Sakura's palace...
Nicole (Chapter 11) - Thu 06 Nov 2014
That's definitely a unique way of transforming Kagome into a youkai! I love that you explained how it came about that she kept her reiki as well :)
This story was amazing and I enjoyed it!.
How God Created Mother
God took the fragrance of a flower, The majesty of a tree, The gentleness of a morning a dew The calm of a quiet sea, The beauty of a twilight hour The soul of a starry night The laughter of the rippling brook, The grace of a bird in flight, Then God fashioned from these things A creation like no other, And when His masterpiece was through, He called it simply...MOTHER.
Happy Mother's Day!
