This is definitely my favorite of all the many responses to this challenge. I believe it would make a great seed for a chapter story.

Not exactly scary... if anything that last sentence was kind of scary. If you were going for horror, there needed to be more build up, more length.

The chapter in an of itself was short and a little disappointing. The ending felt rushed and like you ended it to soon.

Over all, a weak chapter but I'm still wanting to see where this heads.

This story sounds interesting, keep it coming.

I'm really interested to see where you're going to take this. I personally like the concept of Kagome not really fitting in in her time after spending so much time in the past so this one really has hit on the head with potential.  And that summary, that is a work of art. It really makes a person want to read what you have (at least if they like dark stuff).
