Hmmm wonder if Sesshomaru will eventually change his mind on seeing pain on Kagome....

It's kind of ironic....he wants her to be loyal to him, to want him, and for him to the only darkness in her life - yet he talks of hurting her and saying that by now she should know that she cannot rely on him.

Wonder if he realizes how the two concepts clash with each other

and I am curious to what in his past will Kikyo or Inu try to tell Kagome about that may make her want to stay away from him?

Awww, just when I thought Sesshoumaru had a change of heart, he comes up with that plan. It was so sinister, so wicked, and so Sesshoumaru! I feel bad for him. His growing feelings for Kagome is so foreign to him and since he hadn't felt said feelings before, he would treat it with the only way he knows how. I hope his tests wouldn't succeed in pushing Kagome away from him permanently.

But I wonder if Sesshomaru realizes his precarious position?

He wants her to feel betrayed and depend and rely only on him. Yet wouldn't too much betrayl and angst darken her light? Make her wish to give up and just rest from all the hurt and pain? And what about when she finds out he not only lied about the reason he did not save Onigumo but he also instigated Onigumo's death which also caused her injury? Too much death and betrayl make break her spirit and then what would he do?
