Although, now that Sesshomaru is unconcious, how will he protect Kagome from Onigumo? She has no weapons.
Also, how can Onigumo live still after his inugami died? I thought with the villagers, Onigumo would have died except Tatsuo signed a contract with him - so if Tatsuo is dead, wouldn't Onigumo die?

I think the true Kagome is coming through the pain and darkness.
Her light is an intricate part of her - so even if it does darken and her soul is filled with despair, she isn't the type to just let someone she cares for (maybe even loves) die in front of her.

I am thinking wither she or Onigumo will take the fatal blow for Sesshomaru.....that or Kagome will kick Tatsuo's butt!!!!
And its about time Sesshomaru stopped lying to himself....
But how will he fix his mistakes with Kagome once she is free from Tatsuo's control?

Well, PTSD, at the very least, even if she doesn't actually go insane. At this point, I have a hard time picturing Sesshomaru being able to corrupt her: you've given her a personality that is far to introspective for him to take her too far - except maybe in the heat of the moment.

1º - I'm glad Sess didn't rape her :3 It wouldn’t go well with the story

2º - That lemon.... *-* It let me "dry" if you know what I mean xD

3º - I would love to see a bit more of Kazuo in the future. *-* (maybe a bit of action! *-* I'm bad xD)

Your character portrayal is amazing! Not just Sesshomaru, but also Kagome. You did a fabulous job expressing the sentiment behind "love me, love my dog" in terms of both characters. 

Indeed, Sesshomaru. Perhaps it is not revenge, but justice that Kagome sees (though she may not realize it yet). You can kill from necessity, but take no pleasure in it.

You paint a very consistent (if disturbing to me) picture of Sesshomaru. After reading so many different stories, I've noticed that it's hard to keep characters consistent - or show off their confusion and gradual change in a reasonable way.

I'm going to make a guess, knowing that there are currently 20+ chapters to this story so far (and I'm only just finished reading #6), that Kagome isn't going to be the only character "corrupted." I think that Sesshomaru's darkness is also going to be corrupted by Kagome's light while he teaches her about the darks and greys of the world.

What is Tatsuo going to do? Obviously not a contract with Kagome since they won't exchange blood but something else - posession? Enhance the darkness in her heart?

Hmmmm also wondering what Sesshomaru will do to redeem himself to Kagome....his hold on her is nearly broken
