So he's basically forced marriage on her and will, more or less, rape a suicidal woman to make himself feel better about not fulfilling his duty? I don't understand how this will restore his honor. Why didn't he just revive her and take her into his home without the whole forced mating thing?

Likin' the story thus far, however, I do have one question. In the first chapter, you mention her lips being bloody. Then, in the second chapter, it sounds as though she slit her wrists. So... why is there blood on her lips...? Just curious.
