I was starting to wonder where you had disappeared.  I missed my nightly reads for this story, but I figured you were busy. Glad to see you back again!   Loved this chapter, the mystery around Sango and Kohaku's dad is finally solved.  I just hope that with the slayers knowing he is alive they don't make the western lord suspicious.

As for changing your major, you can take heart in knowing that must studenst change their major 3 or 4 times, just make sure its something  your happy with.

We wont call it a short chapter...just a "needed info block" to move the story along a little further and see what's going on in different Point of Views. As much as I wish you could magically septuple (is that a word?) size the length, it is a sad truth that sleep and education should be a priority, lol.

Wow....When did your muse decided to throw the possabilities of Vamps and zombies into the mix, lol.....but somehow I don't think that's what happend. I have multiple suspicions, but I believe I will hold them to myself and see what happens in the future.

I am totally bummed about how bad Miroku actually is, but I understand that it was for the sake of the story...and hey, you did give us fair warning that it wasn't all rainbows and sparkly happy times. Hopefully, At some point, Sango can nurse him and make him feel better lol.

P.S. On another note, I just read the reply about crazed readers crawling through the screen to get your speech teacher. Had me laughing hard and thinking about the Ring,lol.....I would do it for you, but I hope I don't look all freaky like the girl from the movie lol.

The healers seem pretty inept.  Wonder if they are purposely trying to kill Miroku?  And!  Who and why would someone steal a dead body?  Curiouser and curiouser.

I'm glad to see Miroku mending, but hopefully the others won't be in trouble or danger from the western lord. 

Sesshomaru and Matsu sure knock heads sometimes, likely that will always happen?

Phew! Poor Miroku! I must admit though, its heroic and extremely brave of him to stick to half truths and not give the entire details of what was the big plan with Kagome, to lord Hideaki. Cheers and some skimpy women for him as his gift! I love how you've portryaed the details of Miroku's feelings here esp. the emotional turmoil, struggle and his quick thinking. You have captured them perfectly without overdoing it.
