What is usually drawn out in long chapers was done so simply in few words.  You managed to convey that Sesshomaru is an animal at heart and the beauty of the marking without overdoing it.

I find it funny that Sesshomaru is using such underhanded tricks... against himself, of all people.  This was really well thought out!

Although, I kind of feel bad for Kagome.  She has to deal with two of him for a little while.

Then again, two Sesshomaru... leaves open so many lovely images to ponder *wink, wink*

I'm assuming that Sesshomaru gave Kagome a moment to call her mother, since the last word she left her was that she would be home after she picked up a bottle of celebratory shochu...  Just a minor thing.
