I just started reading this and I am in total awe! You are doing such a wonderful job with this storyline and I have to say I was in tears from the time Kagome started to allow herself to become open to her 'urges" and allow InuYasha to take her virginity, knowing that his love and devotion wasn't going to be there. She questioned herself before allowing this to go forward. Why, oh, why did she have to consume so much wine while with the one guy she knew wasn't going to love her like she wanted him to for way, too long???? Ohhh, how my heart breaks for her.

I am, however, very happy to know the the trip through the time portal and her fervent prayer for her baby's life was given a miracle. I do believe where I see this going, but what will Sesshoumaru say when he finds that his brother took Kagome while under the influence of alcohol, and not only hurt her, but pupped her, knowing there was ALWAYS a possibly she could lose that child if they continued their ardulent tracking for the Shikon jewels? HE knew she was pupped and said nothing to her, only to treat her harshly, knowing she was too ill to travel without proper rest and nurishment. Not all women know they are pregnant, like the show on cable tv, "I didn't know I was pregnant". Kagome could have had what appeared as light periods or even normal heavy ones, but still be pregnant.

InuYasha was dead wrong and I have this "feeling" that when Sesshoumaru finally locates Kagome and if his pup accepts her milk (and we'll all be rooting for that, don't ya know) and bonds while he nurses, InuYasha may be in the same fate as Maiyumi (the not so loving mate of Sesshoumaru). Thing is...will sparks create a fire for Kagome and Sessh??? and will Sessh be able to handle Kagome's half breed daughter as his own?

Oh yes, I love to put my two cents in. It's alright though, I don't expect an answer. No worries...I am now a fan and I am truly intrigued with how you're going to work all this out so it's a true Sessh/Kag fic. But remember, the rules never said that Kagome and Sesshoumaru have to "live happily ever after". It's just always a perk if they do and we get to have a few lemonade treats along the way!!!  TA for now!  JEN

I think this story is very well thought out snd creatively written. I am sorry that updates will be further apart but anything this good is worth the wait. This chapter was just good as the others. I have been a fan of Sesshomaru and Kagome a long time. They are my favorite couple. Keep yp the good work.

Oooo.... his idiot of a mate is gonna be ticked, particularly since it is a human and priestess that is saving the child she wouldn't.  She or her daddy gonna go running to Inuyasha to tell him about the baby he thought was dead? Hmmm....  I thought this chapter turned out good.  She did just have a baby so she's gonna be a bit moody. (not to mention everything else she's gone through)

I'm glad to see she's not letting Sesshoumaru totally manipulate her or bully her around.  

Can't wait to see what's next.

~~Well, YOU may not be happy with this chapter but I loved it! ^__^ The writing is consistent, the point and feelings of the chapter were felt, and I think it was a success! And I love the end, can't wait for more! :D
