Nice set up chapter. Obviously, it worked for me. I'm glad you explained your reasoning for Kagome's declaration of love. It worked for me all along because I took it for granted you were building on their past knowledge of each other, past interactions that had to have taken place while Inuyasha was alive, interactions over the weeks they were working together that we weren't privy to, and the intensity of the situations. Life or death moments will make someone aware of and willing to express feelings they might not have realized they were even having. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Oh God. That. That quote. I burst out laughing every time I see it. This was a great chapter, but something tells me we're nearing the end of the story. That kinda sucks, but's still awesome.

Oh my god! I love this story...hesitant to start it at first because the summary was so nondescript, but I'm glad I did.
First off, I've loved this story from the beginning. It's well written and up until the last chapter, the progress in Kagome and Sesshomaru's relationship seemed to be at a good pace. I was a little confused after reading the last chapter and thought maybe I missed something and went back and read a few chapters to make sure I hadn't. Kagome declaring her love seemed very abrupt. Aside from the one kiss and Sesshomaru having a few thoughts about respecting her, I didn't get the impression throughout the story that they had reached that point. Especially Kagome. There was very little mentioned about her having too many feelings for him aside from her thinking she really couldn't think of him as a 'brother'. It just seemed kinda rushed. Anyhow, still love the story, and look forward to seeing how it ends.
OMG, Sesshomaru was taken! i guess I should have seen that coming. up date soon.
