Un dia mia, I just had to write a review for this story for you. I absolutely love it - this is one of my favorite one-shots, that I swear! This is such a wonderful story, and you did a marvelous job of painting the Regency Society, and ensure that it was obvious that they did not just fall in love. Love does take time. :)
This story was simply FANTASTIC! Brava, madam! Brava!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I didn't find your story earlier! It's amaizing. I love the way you put it the characters in Victorian times as if it was the most right place for them to be. The stylization, season's desription and all other things makes it even more unique and memorable. Thank you for sharing it with us :)
I enjoyed you story very much! It was very sweet! A very elegant romance fic. It is alway nice to read one every once in a while.

I have also read several of Julia Quinn's Regency novels, and so I enjoyed your story and was familiar with the Regency lingo. I noticed that several times you confused "her" and "him," such as when you wrote that Sesshoumaru told her his past out of "her own will" and when Kagome wondered about "her" parents. Also, I was confused about the back story because you never mentioned how Sesshoumaru became the Duke of Norfolk when he was cousin to the heir. I understand it's difficult to add multiple layers to the story when you write a one-shot, but there is a notable lack of real conflict in this story, and it's a tad boring. I think, if you were to expand this story to multiple chapters and add more plot, it would be more successful. Overall, I liked this story; it's different from the everyday Sess/Kag fanfictions I read on this site, and I appreciate your general use of good grammar and spelling (which is sometimes sorely lacking in others' stories).

I got maybe a 3rd of the way through before I decided to head to bed, I'll read the rest later. I do have 1 slight correction, you have could care less in several places & that's not correct, it should be couldn't care less, could means you do care, couldn't means you don't care, I have no idea why but I've seen this minor goof a lot lately.
