Okay, I liked this chapter, duh.  It's so lovely to see Sesshomaru in his native habitat... er, uh, apartment.  I love the fact that it is so warm and welcoming and not the typical cold and impersonal place most present his homes to be.  Though, it begs the question... what will his home outside of town look like?

I love that Ah-Un are still alive - I really hope to see a trip to that island.  Maybe Jinenji is still alive and caring for some of the inhabitants?

But the thing that I really loved was how you tied in the paper lanterns here.  He's seen them before and this time, Sesshomaru manages to capture the latest one and identifies its owner.  I'm truly looking forward to seeing how he plans to woo his little female and capture her as his own.

Keep up the great work, Amy.  I look forward to seeing the fur fly when Inu gets wind of the dinner date... that he wasn't invited to.

Yay!  That was sweet - love the tension with the demon male... got to have someone to antagonize Sesshomaru just to keep him on his toes, LOL.  I can't but wonder if at some point things are not going to be all rosie for the Daiyoukai who is controlling the miko's future...

Yay! Everything seems to be working out for everybody. Wonder what's gonna come along to change that. I can't wait to see what happens next and how many guys Sesshoumaru has to beat off with a stick from Kagome :)
