The texture of the story is so rich, and the balance between too much and not enough detail is perfectly met: my imagination ran wild within the confines you built.

This has been a true pleasure to read thus far. You startled me by staring with Neruda, and I admit I didn't know quite what to expect. But your writing style is lyrical in and of itself, and your flow is perfectly consiststent throughout the chapter, and it read like a dream (no puns intended here). This was beautifully written, and I truely can't wait to read more.

I'm completely enthralled by this story.  It hooks you... like any good fairy tale.

Question... were you inspired by the Fairytale Fantasies art series by Scott Campbell? He creates comic art based on fairy tales for an adult audience. The description of Sleeping Beauty in her bed was very striking.
