I felt that they should still have their characteristics, though I do feel Sesshoumaru might have been more out of character than Kagome! (Yet, I understand your reasoning behind it!) They don't have much time together, since Inuyasha and the group are on their way! I look forward to reading more! :)

I like this story, but by chapter 5 i am a little confused if both sess and kagome are wearing ancient amulet, that makes them filled with desire and lust for each other, how is kagome able to resist sesshomaru's charms and then tells him she wants to be wooed/courted, it would have been more realistic and exciting if they would have just acted on their desire, you built it up only to let it go cold. I am not flaming your story just telling you what i thought when i read it, nice story though!
