Ah well, that sort of answers my implied question from the previous chapter.
Why is she taking biology? She IS in grad school, right? I haven't been reading it wrong this whole time, have I? I can't quite figure out why she's working so late other than it gives an excuse for massages. I never worked that late in grad school unless I had a paper the next day, and I had a full course load and two jobs.
Whoa! Hold up! "You have not changed. This one will do nothing less than the other. She will pick a-" You cut that off! I want to know how that last sentence was going to end! Oh, that's cruel. That makes it sounds like she doesn't hate Kagome as much for being human, but that she thinks Kagome's going to leave him for a human like Rin did. That Sesshoumaru stopped her before she could finish is very interesting. I like how Kagome defended him like he wanted her to in the chapter where that girl interrupted their lunch.
Ok, your IY/K moments are cute too, even if it's platonic. It's odd Inuyasha being the insightful one.
This story is so cute and sweet, I'm really enjoying it. That's coming from someone that usually only likes dark and angsty, btw.
I'm assuming you're going by a Western academic calendar? I believe the Japanese school year ends late March/early April. I'd imagine Kagome would be a little freaked if she were in the US with finals approaching.
I can totally empathize with Sesshoumaru when it comes to the Olds. I think this happens to me on the escalator every time I'm getting off the L.
I find it a little funny that Kagome is agreeing that they aren't opposites, yet that was how she decided to dress like Sesshoumaru on Halloween.
Is Chilaili pronounced like shillelagh? Was that intentional for St. Patrick's day?
That was adorable. Of course, I'm not the type that can just enjoy the cute. My brain is trying to figure out who the note was from and who was going to call her. What was the caller going to say? Was this really planned by Souten and Shippou or is that just Kagome's assumption? On the other hand, I can't picture Sesshoumaru printing out a note. I would think Sesshoumaru had to have some knowledge at least. How else would they get him in the tux? How does he know the menu if he's never been there before? Although, maybe he can decipher the menu by scent alone! So many questions....
frances (Chapter 46) - Sun 08 Jul 2012
i love this story so much and you spoil me bu updating faster than most! indulge me with the next chap now pleeaasse!
Well, that was awkward, but the making up at the end was cute.
That's funny that she can't cook but she can temper chocolate. I still burn the chocolate at least a third of the time, maybe more. I suppose that's something Japanese girls learn early!
I was a little confused for a bit over who she was listening to. Sesshoumaru coming in and saying, "the day the music died" reminded me too strongly of American Pie to get it out of my head, but that made no sense for them to be dancing to.
I'm curious about the other two references you mentioned. I believe there's a reference to a Buddy Holly song in Dear Prudence, which leads me to think that Vera could be the other reference, but on that end I'm stumped. Or maybe I'm over thinking and the oblique reference to American Pie is the other one?
I suppose it had to happen, Sesshoumaru can't stay the only male in the pack not to have caught her in the middle of a bath. Although, it seems he'll stay the only one not to get clobbered for it.
That was sweet, and such a huge contrast from the previous chapter. I'm not sure what you mean by verbal difference, but I'll probably be reading and re-reading this chapter later to figure it out.
Eep! Fighting with powers.
There's something disturbing about Jigen flirting with her when she's drenched in street water, but I can't quite figure out why.

i love it they make me happy
After the shitty morning I had, logging on to see you'd posted this just made my day. Thank you! I can't wait to see hreactor two react when they realize they're in love with each other. And that first kiss is bound to throw them both into a tizzy! I'm very excited to see how this continues to unfold. You are, as always, utterly amazing! (Howa the knitting going? Planning on doing anything for the Rav Games, or whateverthey're called this year?)
OO! OO! OO!
in case you didn't know July 13th is cow appreciation day!
well at least it is at chick-fil-a! :D
if you dress like a cow and go to chick-fil-a you get free chicken! ;D
don't know if there is a holiday on the 13th but I'll accept anything if it means another chapter!
I love this story! :D

Sorry I don'revives your stories more often! Considering how much I bother you in chat over it, I really should. But I mostly read stories on my phone and to be honest, reviewing on a phone is freaking frustrating! (like, seriously, how does one autocorrect "freaking frustrating" to "freakincrisis gathering"??????)
Well anyway you know how much I love your writing ^_^ Iknits had to comment on this one becaus it suddenly struck me how role reversed this is haha. Normally it's sessh who's the workaholic and kagome who's the ticked one :) I love your originality and I effing hate autocorrect it makes no sense! It actually autocorrects the spaces out between my words!!! Grahh!! And don't try to tell me that there's a chance that "your originality" should no space in between!
Well anyway, keep writing love!
another great chapter! I feel like there is a bit of role reversal going on. Although Kagome is not stoic she is very driven and because of the past she has put her life at least her romantic life in limbo! It is amazing to watch Sesshoumaru coax her out of her shell and remind her to pay attention to the little things going ton around her. I do believe she's starting to enjoy her life again!
