To me it seems as if Sesshoumaru all to easily forgot how he wasunable to over power her and her strogn miko powers-to the point that he resorted to takign her dragon hostage. How thoughtless for him to call Kagome weak when it is only her demonic abilities, of which she had no idea of until recently.
Hello! I love your story! I love the way Kagome overcomes her weaknesses and grow to be strong and independent. Also I think the so far mostly unknown enemy adds a lot of suspense to the story. I also like how clever your plot is with lots of original ideas. Oh, a bit of criticism, the summary of the story almost made me miss it. It isn't really representative of the story and it actually made me think that the story wouldn't be with Kagome/Sesshoumaru as main characters even though its on Dokuga... I think its because the summary is all about the Inutaichi and in plural forms (their, they and them) and Kagome is described to be missing. Of course, I could just be stupid :)
Anyways, looking forward to reading more and thanks for the great read!

Hello! I just started reading this fanfic and I can not believe that this is your FIRST! It is soooo good!!! I love how you wrote Kagome growing stronger over a couple of years, showing the hardships that she had to face to get to the point where she is now. As well as learning how to communicate the the mountain dogs :) I can not wait for the next update :p Keep up the good work!

Oh wow.......now it gets really interesting, not saying that is wasnt interesting before, byt yea. The journal entry reminded me very much of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring when they were in the Mines of Moria and they were reading the last journal of the dwarves before they were killed off. Very eerie and sad at the same time, I like the diretion you are going with the story. Keep up the great work!!!

But-did you know? A mountain dog was in the Inuyasha manga once. It was possesed by a demon and Kohaku killed it, but the demon escaped, latching on to a human. That is, if ou didn't know?
