Rosalind (Chapter 6) - Mon 28 Mar 2011

every single chapter rather terrifies me but at the same time i feel empathy for sesshomaru for having kagome torn away from him and a bit of jealousy because i almost wish i could find someone who could love me like the sesshomaru of this story loves kagome, not to the point that he would murder for me but to be so loyal...

*sigh*

though again, terrifying and yet suitable, i wish that rapists could all be cursed with forever feeling the terror and sadness and all other awful feelings that their victims have to deal with

glad that you added more despite it not being halloween and super super super glad that you're not leaving dokuga, i don't know what i'd do without more of your fantastic stories!

looking forward to more

Tarawriter (Chapter 6) - Mon 28 Mar 2011

Of late, I've been working on a story (not fic) that's required me to study some of the most vile crimes, and your story reminds me a great deal of a couple of the cases.  You haven't used Kagome's name yet, but I assume it's her who's dead, and while she wasn't kept for an extended period of time, reading what was done to her reminds me a great deal of reading about the victims in some real life incidents.  You've managed to capture the worst humanity has to offer the world quite well.

What I've enjoyed is the killer's mindset.  He is intelligent in that he considers how evidence is gathered, what will be tested, etc., and rather than elaborate and silly schemes of vengeance, he goes for the direct approach.  Too often in fiction writers get caught in the method rather than the motive, but you've done the opposite, and it makes the killer a more sympathetic character.  He knows the people who committed the gang rape are despicable and not worth the flesh they own, but I suspect he knows his own vengeance isn't an ethical or moral choice either.  In that, he reminds of Dexter Morgan.  Good story, I look forward to reading how it ends.

Tana_san (Chapter 6) - Mon 28 Mar 2011

Not that I wanted to but I re read this sick and twisted fic of vengence and I think I have a better understanding of Sesshoumaru and his reasoning behind killing all of Kagome's attackers. It just seemed to make more sense the second time around without having to wait for the next update. I am rather impressed with Sesshoumaru's broad knowledge of forensics and his skill of a surgeon when he performs his 'surgeries' leaving his m.o. stuck in their throats.

For as wonderfully gifted you are at writing drama and romance, your talent knows no bounds for writing gory and dismal. I applaud your versatility.  JEN

sesshys_jaded_samuri (Chapter 6) - Mon 28 Mar 2011

WOO HOO!  Just what I wanted to see when I came home from work!   I am sooo glad that you finally updated this one.  It may be dark and disturbing, but I love it!  I still can't wait to see what happens to InuYasha.

Caitriona (Chapter 5) - Sun 21 Nov 2010

This is a dark and painfully macabre piece, yet I couldn't stop reading it.  Is it wrong to want to read about each of their deaths for what they've done?

Thanks for writing for us.  You do so beautifully.

JuJu9391 (Chapter 5) - Wed 27 Oct 2010

that was....mindblowing dark and awesome
and i don't know if this is normal but I find it darkly satisfying at how each and every victim dies.
I'm a sick little girl aren't i? >:3
though, the sad thing is, these sort of things DO happen. and more often than not, the perpetrators do get away with it.

it was a wonderful read! good work!!
and i can't believe you are not writing anymore...well for now that is......you and your deliscious creativity will be missed :D

Tana_san (Chapter 5) - Tue 26 Oct 2010

Now I'm seeing why they kept their relationship a secret. Quite sad really. I've known people who grew up in Kagome's position. You wish with all your heart you could help but if you do, the consequences for that person could be so much worse for them.

I've got to say that this last killing spree was really gruesome. Not that it makes any difference, but at least one guy had regrets and then to die with the knowledge that you were part of what put her through a mental torment that eventually led to her suicide...

I must admit, this fic is an extremely difficult fic to read. If it weren't that you wrote it, I think I would have past it by.   JEN

Tana_san (Chapter 4) - Fri 22 Oct 2010

I figured that Naraku's tongue would be cut out. What a way to wake up... Sesshoumaru is so calm, cool and organized, eerily so.

I have to wonder if Kagome would have known what he was going to do, if she would have told him before she ended her life.   JEN

Talia (Chapter 1) - Thu 21 Oct 2010

It's not too long at all. I love  how detailed you are in describing his thoughts as he kills each victim. How come you didn't write like a flashback or prologue scene describing the gang rape.

Tana_san (Chapter 3) - Mon 18 Oct 2010

This one was alittle messer I see. (no pun intended) So he's leaving the victims (and I'm being kind using that word) in places that were special memories to him.

I feel such sadness for him. What torment to live through. His only hope was too have Kagome recover and live their lives together, only to have her end her life and leave him behind, alone. See, now I'm crying. Dang girl. You just know how to work the emotions when you write this stuff. Does it make you cry too? Do you push all your own emotional buttons when you read back what you write?   JEN

Tana_san (Chapter 2) - Mon 18 Oct 2010

Oooh, so very dark and gruesome. Would I be considered sadisical if I said I can't wait to see how this ends up?  Sesshoumaru has had quite a long time to develope the perfect plan of revenge.

I'm impressed with his foresight and knowledge in what the crime investigation unit would look for that he took all the necessary precautions not to get caught.    JEN

Ness (Chapter 3) - Sun 17 Oct 2010

OMG!! I am almost a little worried how into this fic I am. Key word ALMOST!! Usually I do not leave a review til the end of the story if it makes it. I must say you have made me a fan. I am loving the way you are so detailed, it feels like a movie in my mind. I can not wait to read what happens next!

Lisa (Chapter 3) - Sat 16 Oct 2010

dark very dark..i like!! plz more!

alex (Chapter 3) - Sat 16 Oct 2010

awesome chapter! i know i might sound retarted, but this kind sounds like the movie "The Crow", so if you got the idea from this movie i gotta say thats genious, i can't wait for the next chapter, but the one i"m so excited to read is how Inuyasha is going to die i hope is horrofying painful that fool for doing this to poor kagome. cool creativity by the way.

Miss Anna (Chapter 3) - Sat 16 Oct 2010

I have a love for darker fan fiction, and might I say that this one takes the cake!
You said that this was your last fiction and I would like to say that you are going out with a bang, I can't wait to read more.

Rosalind (Chapter 3) - Sat 16 Oct 2010

On the one hand I'm a little sickened by how desperate I am for more of this enthralling tale, it freaks me out but I'm rooting for sesshomaru and really looking forward to when he completes his revenge for what those monsters did to kagome, on the other I don't want you to finish because then you'll stop writing and I love your stories

but then again you are leaving them completed which is more than some writers to

eager for the next update

happy halloween!

Lisa (Chapter 2) - Fri 15 Oct 2010

ooh bone chilling update more!!

Sakuramaru (Chapter 2) - Fri 15 Oct 2010

It's like 'Dexter' meets Inuyasha...LOVE IT!

Tana_san (Chapter 1) - Thu 07 Oct 2010

Oh my, a gory, anger-filled, vendetta. Hmm, there's nothing to compare to an overwrought Sesshoumaru in need to avenge his woman.

I am left to wonder though, why would their union be considered questionable? I have others as you know I always do, but this is the first chapter and so, I know I must wait.   JEN

Saraniya (Chapter 1) - Wed 06 Oct 2010

My eyes were tearing up halfway through the chapter. A turn away from the traditional happy ending but definitely worth the read!
