This story had me captivated for the entire day!!!  As an Admin, I have to at least scan everything on the site - this, however, I inhaled - every single word.  For a first fanfiction, this was STUPENDOUS.  This was engrossing, captivating, and exciting.  The ups and downs, the twists and turns - all the hallmarks of a finely crafted tale!  One small, niggling, almost infinitesimal, problem is that of spelling and, occasionally, grammar.  Frankly, with a beta to watch the word usage, this story would climb into the ranks of greatness, in my opinion.

I was enchanted and submerged for the entire day reading this, to the extent that I printed out chapters whenever I had to take the dog outside!  Thank you so much for the obvious love and care you put into crafting this fine work, and for selflessly sharing it with the rest of us.  I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the hours of enjoyment you brought me today!!

PS - I'm not so sure I agree with others about the sentence length, although I can see a few places where a semi-colon might have broken things up a little better than another comma.  Just my humble opinion, however!  I sincerely hope that you will continue to write, as well as continue to share your prowess with us here.  This story really did make my day that much more enjoyable!!

Well I've gotta say that I really enjoyed this story XD I just have one thing I'd like to advise you on. While reading your story, sometimes your style of writing could be a little confusing with all the commas you use. I think you have great potential to be a fantastic author, because you're already very very good, but sometimes, when I was reading a long paragraph, I felt like I was reading one continuous sentence.

Aside from this, your story was wonderful. I hope I haven't offended you or anything, but I felt like I should tell you this so that you can improve and be even greater than you are now :))) If I've upset you in any way, please know that that was not my intention and that I am very sorry. I can't wait to see what you start next! ^-^

Wow, I thoroughly and immensely enjoyed this fic. You had me interested from chapter one, and hooked from around the third. Each subsequent chapter deepend the plot and just made this fic impossible to stop reading once I started and became immersed in your world. I was browsing, and am so happy I found this fic! Since this is the last chapter (do you have an epilogue in mind? or even a sequel? *hopeful look*), this story probably won't find its way to the start of the fanfic listing in the future, and I might never have found it! Perish the thought!

Your writing is great, very fluid and captivating, its what initially drew me to continue reading, even though the begining was somewhat cliche and the plot hadn't really asserted itself yet. It was the combination of your writing and your characters and plot that really got me hooked. You had my heart pounding at points, and me sitting on the edge of my seat for numerous others. Sometimes you had me doing both lol 

Very good characterization, you really kept them true to form while still letting what we so love about them peek and sometimes shine through. I also loved your OCs, they were unique and endearing, and their presence really enhanced your story.

This was a wonderful read, and though you probably have scores of them, I just wanted to let you know you've officially got yourself an avid fan in me :) I'd say/type more (I'm notorious for long reviews and rambling lol) but I have a very weighty quiz tomorrow and its late so I should really be either studying or sleeping so I can get up early and study >.<

It worked out weird - I finished the whole story, but then hit the wrong button, so it's leaving a review at the first chapter.  Anyway, for your first time, this was a good try!  Keep writing - it will only get better as you go.

In the end of your 4th chapter you have a definition for Kami, and while it is true it actually and literally means  Divine. I know this for a fact because I speak Japanese....other than that though I really like your story and i think that it is great so keep up the good work.

I was following your story on FF.net and I was anxiously waiting for an update since August... I really like it! It's rather new and refreshing, with Kagome being a half god and not a demon (half of not), furthermore your characters are quite true to the original ones and the plot is really good.
