I just found this story and I wanna tell you that it's sooo good! This chapter was so emotional and sad! I feel bad for Sesshomaru! I hope things get better for him.

Crying for the last few chapters. Sitting at my desk at work crying. If there was anyone else here they would think I was crazy. This is beautiful and I'm so looking forward to the rest of it.

So let me start by saying I love your story, but the last chapter irritated me (not an insult to you in anyway, I'm sure you have a plan on where you are headed).  After Kagome was in the accident and they found out about forgetting the past year I could understand her friends and family not wanting her to remember her emotional pain when she was still trying to physically recover from the head wound, but now that she has recovered and is actually asking questions.  It is so wrong for everyone to lie to her and to keep the things that they removed from her apartment.  I know it was done with her best interests in mind, but they are still so in the wrong. 

I have read some of your other stories and I know you are a great writer and will pull everything togther in the end, but I really hope someone breaks the silence soon.  I don't think I can stand another chapter where everyone who "loves" her just sits by and lets her be manipulated.  If I was her and my family and friends conspired to keep the truth from me and let someone that hurt me so badly worm their way back into my life, I can assure you that I would not be the only one walking away with head trauma.

Simply Splendid!!! I shed a few tears right there at the end... I love a little fluff... Hope this works out and we can see our hopeful lovers unite and kick the baka Inuyasha to the curb...

this series kills me.  damn inuyasha!  I understand where the idea to protect kagome came from, but I totally disagree with it and want to shake sense into sango for even coming up with it!

Anyway, YES! Another awesome chapter of Pink Carnation. The Morning Glory did not bode well for what was going to happen in the story, especially how all the readers know what happened in the last chapter. Inuyasha and his stupid, brainless declaration was simply...UGH. Gross to the MAX. Back to chapter 7. *takes a deep breath*

Now, Inuyasha should know, as an adult with common sense, that lying so blatantly would eventually get him into nothing but immense trouble. There is something known as the 'snowball effect', and I am quite positive it would TOTALLY catch up with him in no time. So...congrats, Inuyasha. You totally had it coming! (I should save this phrase for the future but alright, I would say it in advance) It's kinda upsetting to see Kagome believing every word of what he is saying, but of course, it is the only right thing to happen, given how the poor girl had totally forgotten about what had happened to her in the past year. She is like, this blank canvas, but the sad part is that he seems bent on tainting it with fancy lies. Sheesh.

But still she is not completely senseless, judging from how she actually looked down at her ring finger to see if she has anything there. To make things worse, so Kikyo and Inuyasha's relationship had ended because he refused to marry her and settle down. This is just smooth, Inuyasha! You've successfully dug another foot in your own grave. Nice one.

PHEW. Thank goodness they didn't do anything more! I'd totally drag Inuyasha off Kagome if I have to LOL.

How are they ever going to work everything out?? The mess is growing, and Maddie, you're just too talented.

Thankfully, Kagome had the sense to call Sango up to inform her of this wretched 'engagement'. Seriously, enough of your rubbish, Inuyasha! You should just kill yourself. LOL. For as much as Kagome is still clueless and being tossed around like a ball, I thought that her senses were pretty sharp in the sense that she could actually notice the reactions of everyone to her so-called 'engagement'. LOL. It's great to know that Sango is her rock in this storm; she protects Kagome and while she hides the truth from the latter, she is not afraid to show her emotions and reactions to whatever Kagome has to say about Inuyasha and his lies.

YAY!! Kagome, you'll be saved soon!! Kudos to Sango for telling her about Sesshoumaru, even though it was such a teeny tiny development. But still!! They are definitely moving in the right direction, and I cannot help but squeal and go into my crazed fangasms! <3 Sweet, totally!

Even the part where Kagome thought Sesshoumaru to be different from Miroku was sweet! It's as if she knew deep down that this guy was somewhat different and would eventually play a different role in her life.

YAY for Sesshoumaru!! YOU CLEVER LITTLE DOGGY! You made the first move!!! YAY! Now that's what I call positive progress, even though it was not exactly smooth. I thought the moment of Kagome telling him about the engagement was...wow, just so emotional and impactful! Sesshoumaru's reaction was so heartbreaking :( Like, yes, she's happy but you're not at all, Sesshy! Tell her that! Kagome's pretty cute too, to have confided in him directly to tell him about her confusion over the impending engagement and wedding and whatnot.

OMGOMGOMG the fluff is killing yours truly!! *chokes and writhes around* It's soooooo awesome! I really love it!! Sooooo cute, and he has finally come up with a counterattack against Inuyasha's stupid actions!! XD I can totally smother him in kisses now! All the way Sesshy!!! GO!!

And of course, you get the kisses too for your awesome update darling!!

hi there! I always enjoy reading your fics of Sess-Kag, including Pink Carnation.

However, once I read this chapter, I dont understand why Sango should congratulate Kagome on the engagement of Kag & Inuyasha. I understand as a good friend she wanted Kag to be happy et cetera et cetera, but she congratulating Kag oh her engagement with Inuyasha... it just doesnt make sense. I'm sorry for my rude comment.
