aw,that last line was so endearing. Thats such a Kagome thing to think! So carmingly innocent, and hopeful. One point of confusion, and it might just be me remembering things wrong - but I though ealier you said that she was paying for Souta's schooling, which was why she was working at the club? But in this chapter he's in high school... Perhaps you said she was saving up for his future schooling, and thats where I'm lost. *blush* And more of a pondering than an actual question, but: Sesshomaru's reservations with Kagome originally had been that he couldn't afford the scandle of being involved with an exotic dancer, BUT now he owns a club? Isn't that in and of itself scandle worthy? And now he's showing an interest so does that mean that 1) he's going to try and change her, and hide her past? 2) he no longer cares about the scandle involved with dating her? or 3) is he going to see her on the side but try and hide the fact that they are together? options 1 and 3 provide HUGE angst and I just LOVE ANGST so I'll deffinately be sticking around to see where this goes. I'm eager for more. Keep up the good work, you are doing great!
