I am remembering my brothers' ceremonies. Their journey in becoming men. I laugh because I did so much better than they did <3

Oh, Kagome is such a sweetheart. Inuyasha is a great guy too (I actually like him) but it is pretty undeniable that he is loud and rude. LOL. What's with the idea of 'growing to love each other eventually'...seriously! XD That's unfathomable, isn't it? Other than the Inuyasha bits, this chapter definitely revealed more about the plot, and yay! we actually got more Sesshoumaru-moments! I love it that he is talking to her in her dreams, and hopefully they will really meet soon as he said. He is such a dreamboat. No pun intended. XD

Oooh this was a tiny chapter in comparison to the others, but ZOMG married to Inuyasha?? Now that's a cause for concern!! >.< I am off to read chapter 4!

P.S. It must be easier for you, my dear, but gosh, it is SOOOO hard to pronounce those Native American terms :D I tried and obviously failed miserably LOL.

Ok first of all thank you for writing a story with kagome being native american. I believe this is a great avenue to be explored with both Sesshomaru and Kagome. The few stories that are written of them being native american are always well written. Your story is right up there with these other stories. The authenticity of how you approach the story is amazing and thank you for not rushing of them coming together. I hope that this story turns out how you want it. I sincerely can not wait for the next chapter.

I really regret throwing out my Cultural Anthropology packet from last semester D: granted my class had emphasized on the Hopi, it's still exciting to read stuff about Native Americans :3 It reminds me of like...those Dear America books I used to read when I was younger. Anyways, good chapter, good chapter. Keep on a-truckin', dere :)

Wow!! Chapter one itself was already an eye-opener for me. Honestly, I've never come into contact with the Native American culture in my entire life, and this story is proving to be more than simply fanfiction. It is going to be a whole new experience and a form of cultural exposure, which is something I appreciate very much.

I loved the legend of the Rainbow Crow! That's a beautiful tale!

Though there are burial differences with Mohawk an other tribes, I still felt the deep spiritual connection with the funeral. We use canoes as well.

I still love this story so much!  Inuyasha is being such a jerk.  I can't wait for more updates.  I love learning all these different native american word and cultures.  The music is fantastic too!  :)
