Good flow and diction, though I spotted a little boo-boo near the end. When you are talking about Kagome willing her enemies to 'parish', I'm assuming you meant perish... A 'parish' is a division within a church. :P No biggy, happens to the best of us.

Also, I was just wondering, these scars you are speaking of... are they arranged in a particular way? Do they look like some sort of pattern or tribal tattoo, or is it like when inmates mark off the days they've been in jail on the stone of their cell walls? Just wondering, because I've heard of other tribes/peoples doing the marking thing.
