Im so happy you updated! i've been waiting fo this one, i think its great (i dont agree with Tuanh but that is their opinion) i like how you have taken a completely different approach to the sess/kag paring this is most definately not a path i've ever seen taken before and i find it quite refreshing. i do admit though im ready for a bit more Sess/Kag one on one time but i understand you're building a story and although it is about those two the other characters are involved and so your building their stories too. i mean i like that you've given them more depth, they are characters in there own right and not just background as they are in alot of other fics i read we are actually getting their story too. so anyway good job i enjoyed the chapter and kudos for you for rewriting it so many times!

Just finished chapter 8 and I wish to review. First of all, I know you said something about not commenting about Sesshoumaru and Rin's relationship, but I honestly don't agree with it. Pet? What the heck is that? Does he sleep with her? I just don't quite agree with any sort of male who has a mistress waiting at home and he can hook up with whoever. From my perspective, I feel that Sesshoumaru is way too romantically involved with Rin. And the pet names between them? It's a bit disgusting. Reading the reviews below, I agree with nobody special when s/he says that Sesshoumaru would never dress like a girl. Honestly, he is way too proud for that. But I still read on, and you made it work (somehow). Also, like have of your chapter 8 circled around Rin. I thought this was a fiction for Kagome and Sesshoumaru? Honestly, I don't really care about the other characters and their going ons. Just give me the low down with Sesshoumaru and Kagome. Currently I plan to finish this story, just because I am curious as to how you will deal with Rin and Sesshoumaru. Though, I have a feeling that I will be disappointed. I hope that one day in the future you will go back to this story and revise the plot a bit. Sincerely, Me

I think this is a really well written story with a good plot. however, i'm finding it hard for me to get into the story. Maybe simply because Seshy would NEVER be a girl for ANY reason or take orders from anyone. especially Kaede. I ,however, will give leeway to the fact that this is AU. Still, Seshy seems out of Character to me and for me, i dont know about anyone else, part of the appeal for SessKag is the unlikliness of an actual romance to occur. So, for any character to be OC takes away a.... zing that other stories i've read have had. That, however, is my opinion. I really do believe it to be well thought out and well written.

ugh when do we get a new chapter? I've read up to chapter 13 on a Single Spark and you are just posting old ones now. *tears* when will the madness stop? Do you think its fun to torture me so?

I'm screaming with frustration! When are you going to explain the complete relationship between Sesshoumaru and Rin? In some of the things that have been said, I get the feeling that she's his "Pet" in a platonic way even though others think it's sexual. Can you please clear this up? And now with the confusion of the scents and Miroku not being honest with Inuyasha, he thinks her to be a slut. Poor Rin's going to have an uphill battle if there's to be a relationship between her and Inuyasha. Miroku's not helping things with his silence. It's not like she asked him to not tell anyone it was just make believe. His big secret about himself probably helped him to be aware of her secret pain and fears. Why the heck does Satori not tell Kagome the truth. After the ritual would have been the perfect moment. She has seen the evidence that Kagome's powers are leaking through. The woman has to know that the truth will eventually come out. If Kagome discovers that she's a Miko from another source, she's going to be not only angry with her mother for not being honest with her, but I think she will also feel hurt and betrayed. I think her mother's making it worse for herself by not telling her when she had the chance. I know in time you'll let us know about Sesshoumaru's past history with the woman he felt he failed to protect, and his past relationship with Inuyasha and why he's anxious to have him back in his life. I know their half brothers so there can be no other relationship (better not be). I DO NOT like Sess/Inu pairings. It's INCEST! But I don't think that's where you're headed. I think it's absolutely a fantastic idea to have him be Kikyou. I had to laugh. I can just see him trying his best to not act like an aroused male around Kagome, especially if another male is flirting with her. Also, he's going to have to contend with males flirting with him. heehee. What is going to be really funny is when Inuyasha flirts with him. Maybe he can convince Inuyasha that he's gay and would like him only for a friend and to help keep his "secret" of being gay. haha. That way he could get to know his half brother again and in a way Inuyasha would be getting to know him again. One last thing, Ryukotsusei. I felt sorry for him. He was only being demon and getting confused over the scent thing. It gave him conflicting signals. Rin only made it worse by not clearing things up right away. By hesitating and stuttering around, it only made her look guilty. He was nice in the beginning. He approached her like any male would. So I don't blame him for his anger. Now he's going to be even more angry and humiliated. In a way, I don't want him to end up being an enemy of them.

I am soooo glad you've got this one on here. I love this fic! Are you doing this one chap by chap or are you gonna put all of what you have done on at once??? I am in limbo here waiting to see what happens!! Tilayha

This story is great imo. I can barely wait for the next chapter. Don't keep people in suspense if they haven't read this yet. It's kind of nerve wrecking! Keep it up!
