There are just a couple of things in this chapter that I wanted to point out:

Hiten entranced the female patrons inoperably.

Inoperably - Incapable of being implemented or operated; unworkable

I think that competently, facilely, effortlessly, smoothly, adroitly, or easily would be better used in that sentence; assuming that you mean that he entranced them with ease.

Such charm, chivalry and caring were [faucets] facets of Sesshoumaru’s personality

NICE!!! A confrontation would be nice. Lol. :D
