This story was absolutely adorable. But if I had to pick a favorite part it would be the part where 1 of Kagome's brothers promised to make a necklace for her out of Inuyasha's ears. I had a great laugh at that. I love how you got the inspiration for this story too it was so cute.

Awwww..... what a good story.  I love how kids think.  Maybe your son is trying to model himself after Miroku? :P  This would be fun to  continue as the couple moves on.  Just a thought.

I wish I had older brothers and sisters that are that protective of me. And I really enjoyed how Inuyasha got what he deserved for hurting Kagome so much. Also, I love how you incorporated all the Inuyasha characters into this one story so smoothly. Keep up the good work... Will you consider doing a sequel or a series of drabbles? :P

actually he is still in love with the show. he watches it with me online and we have a couple seasons on dvd. when he was 5 he was inuyasha for halloween one year. Our cats and dogs all started out with inuyasha names, until i put my foot down.  I really don't have plans for a sequel, as it was i was just going to write about her asking and him saying yes , but once i starting writing it just kinda came out. i might but right now all my time is focused on the king takes a bride, but i will have time to only post one short chapter tonight. My oldest her bf's grandfather died this morning and his mom asked me to help her plan everything because she doesnt understand most of whats going on so i am going to be uber busy for about a week.
