I also find it ironic that Rin's name means dignified, severe, cold when she is anything but. One would think the name more fitting for Sesshoumaru. Although maybe it was done this way to sort of link the characters together whose knows but it is fun speculate.

If I was Sesshoumaru, I wouldn't have left Kagome with Inuyasha.  Especially after he almost killed Rin.  Hopefully his bath won't take long and he can come back to Kagome.  Thank you for the update!  I can't wait for the second part of your chapter!

Flawless.  Simply flawless.  My only problem is why did you have to stop right there.  Get to writing because I am going to hound you for more relentlessly until you come out with the next chapter.  I love the dynamic that you built between all the characters, it has me totally hooked.  I love you as a beta, but I love you more as an author!  That does not mean you get to leave little old me behind though.  :-)

Good thing Kohaku was around to save Rin.  I'm really enjoying this story.  Sesshomaru Sama should have been thinking that he is in Kagome's debt, not Kagome in his debt...  That is only a minor observation.  Keep up the good work!  I hope you post again soon.... 

Thank goodness Rin has another protector around.  Especially since Inuyasha always acts before he thinks.  I just hope that Sesshoumaru doesn't feel too guilty about what happened.  It's not his fault that Inuyasha is an idiot.  I do hope that Inuyasha doesn't get to take Kagome.  She needs her rest, not to be bothered or harrassed by Inuyasha.  Please update soon!

That was a wonderful chapter! I love the addition of Kohaku and his affection for Rin. That is so sweet!  I did find a few things for you to look at...

The young taijiya was not even aware of her demise but kept [her] his[?] promise to keep moving (or kept his promise to her)

You will forever be in this Sesshoumaru’s debt  (Don't you mean: This Sesshoumaru will be forever in your debt. ?)

This is such a good story. I can't wait to see the next chapter!

I really like this.  I like the way you describe things, I can follow all the movements and picture what is taking place.  Your description of the late afternoon sunlight on a forest trail was really nice.

Thank goodness for Sesshoumaru!  He has certainly changed from the grumpy, mean taiyoukai that Kagome found injured earlier.  I just hope that he can save her now.  At least he killed the snake that attacked her.  Very good update!  Please post another chapter soon!

I totally sympathize with you. It is much easier being a beta than an author. And now that I've read all 3 way-too-short chapters, I'm going to beg and plead with you to please give up your real life and just sit and write until the story is done. Please, pretty please, all with a pound of sugar? ;)  Actually, it's a very good story  and the chapters were just the right length - they ran from their start to their finish - I happen to have the patience of a two-year-old when it comes to waiting. I will try to be a good little reader and let your inspiration lead you to the finish of this very good tale.

Oooooh these are fantastic. I am loving this story! Keep it up. I'm already recognizing the tale weaved into this and am enjoying the spin you're putting on it.
