Awwh, how sweet. What I most liked about the story was the last line of the first chapter. That was my absolute favourite.

I noticed a few spelling errors, but it's nothing a beta couldn't handle. I think it was really out of character, though, and that kind of bothers me. Plus, it was really long, and there was a bit of unnecessary stuff in there. I honestly don't think Sesshoumaru, under any circumstances, would go all out and say the things that he did in the last chapter, but it's your story, and I'm just an outside source. Anyways, I'm glad I read it, it was fun.

Definitely an interesting place to start! I'm very intruiged to see where this is going.

At this point in the story, however, Sesshoumaru seems a bit out-of-character to me. As much as I love seeing Kagome and Sesshoumaru together, the part I love best is watching the two of them overcome everything they've been through, and his confession (in the flashback) seemed very abrupt to me. Of course, you might be holding out on more flashbacks that show their developing relationship - and it's hard to judge a story by the first chapter alone. I just feel that, as fun as it is to watch Sesshoumaru show a little bit of tenderness, watching him reach that point is half the fun. To see him jump from the cold, reserved Sesshoumaru we all know and love, to this gentle, romantic (and totally lovable) Sesshoumaru (who puts up with the nickname 'Sesshy'), is a bit jarring.

However, that said, I did enjoy the story, and I can't wait to see where you'll take it next. Thanks for sharing!
