you're a wonderfully witty writer . in fact, i could practically hear someone read those words to me. each chapter captured and retained, increased my interest and curiosity. i have only encountered three other writers in fandom that did that. you're one of them. this story is especially memorable because of the way you portrayed the characters. it was very thoughtful. it was a perfect mix of all the elements that says well thought out work of fiction.

I have never been a fan of Inuyasha, but I really wish that Sesshoumaru's father would have given him this talk years ago.  Even though I don't know what he is going to say, I have the feeling that it might have saved Inuyasha's life.  Of course, it didn't really seem that Inuyasha wanted to live. . .  Hope you update soon.  Will Kagome be in this story?

How very, very sad.  I wonder why Sesshoumaru was so concerned about keeping his promise to his father when in his own way he loved Inuyasha?  Even though he saw him as a stain on his family tree, he was family.  Great update.  I just wonder what Sesshoumaru is going to do next?  Please update soon!

ah, I'm always so conflicted when I read SessKag stories detailing InuTaisho's treatment (abondonment/neglect) of Sessmom in favor of Izayoi. I always feel so sympathetic for Sessmom (and here it was hearbreaking to hear of her treatment by InuTaisho) that it feels right to have Sess simply exterminate Izayoi and Inuyasha (even thought it's not even their faults, it's really InuTaisho and a culture that systemically pits women against each other). So on the one hand I am rooting for Sess to get his (and his mother's) revenge and certainly not to love any humans in the future. On the other hand I love SessKag so I know he's going to come around eventually. Ah the angst!

I don't blame Sesshoumaru for being bitter.  His father was such a jerk to his mother.  It must have been horrible to always feel second best to a human.  I just wish Sesshoumaru's mother could have taken him when she left.  As it was, she was left with nothing.  That's sad.  Thank you for the update.  Hope you post again soon!

Very interesting beginning to your story!  I like your explanation of how youkai came to be.  Is DaiGin Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha's father?  Please post another chapter soon.  I can't wait to read more!
