Thank you for not having Sesshoumaru be obsessed with Kikyo and her beautiful voice this time.  It almost seems that Sesshoumaru noticed Kagome more because she wasn't the one dressed in the finest clothes.  I just hope that Inuyasha and Kikyo will be able to keep Kagome safe from Naraku.  Hope to read more soon.  Nice update, but so sad.

I'm glad that Kikyo was given something nice.  Now Kagome can see how much Sesshoumaru cares about her.  Does Sesshoumaru care anything about her, or does he just like that she can sing?  Please post more soon, I can't wait to find out what Sesshoumaru's reaction to Kagome is.

I don't understand why Kikyo is so discontented?  She has Inuyasha's love, even if his life span is so different than her own.  She even has Sesshoumaru's regard.  Kagome is just a slave, to be used sold or disregarded.  I think Kagome would enjoy being in Kikyo's place.  Not with Inuyasha, but useful.  Thank you for the update.

Ehehe... Of all things that grabbed me was the fact that the garments Kagome received were lilac in this chapter, the same shade I picked out for Kagome in the fanart for 'Incentive' :D Purples are restricted to the nobility (c'mon, say 'murasaki' with me, everyone!), but I dressed Kagome in those forbidden colours for the fanart to symbolize that no one is allowed access to her except Sesshoumaru ;p

Poor, poor Kagome.  To love Sesshoumaru but to not be good enough for him.  Now she has to see Kikyo again, the one who is not only loved by Sesshoumaru, but wanted by Sesshoumaru as well.  Kagome must just want to die.  Thank you for the update.  Will Kagome ever find some love?  Can't wait to find out.
