VLW (Chapter 1) - Tue 17 Jan 2012

Oh wow great job on this fic, a stirring work of love gained and sorrow of lost just wow.

LISA (Chapter 1) - Mon 31 Oct 2011

It was soo sad towards the end i cried :( but i was so mad at sesshoumaru for not mating her. I loved ur story please keep writing more ^_^

Randi (Chapter 1) - Tue 20 Sep 2011

I grew up with black hair and blue eyes as she, grew to love Sesshoumaru as she, and as she fell, grew to be regretful of no more time to spend with the love of my life. A beast within me howled as she lay there dead, gorgeous as ever.

In all reality my face is soaked with tears and it's awful to have read this story for how much it sucked me in. :(

I love and hate this story.

A  lot.

teddy53 (Chapter 1) - Sun 10 Jul 2011

this is the best story i have ever read yet, and believe me when i say i've read alot, it was a bit confusing but in the end it all made sence. i truly loved your story so much that i am writting this review and this will be the first review i have ever written (i was too lazy to write any >.>) but your story pushed me to write this and believe me that means your story is GREAT ;P so thank you for writting this i know you worked hard on it since it was that good and if you didn't ... you meanie and your talents >.>  ;)
p.s i know you wrote this along time ago but i just had to complement you :3

Jamie (Chapter 1) - Wed 18 May 2011

I could care less about the POV problems or the spelling errors.  This story made me CRY.  I loved Memoirs of  Geisha and this tied in so well.  LOVED IT.

Nyuka (Chapter 1) - Fri 13 May 2011

I cryed so hard...why would fate do that too them...I hope they live happy for ever in nether it by the way!!!

Skyisthelimit (Chapter 1) - Thu 24 Mar 2011

This was amazing! Seriously, it was enchanting. I absolutely loved it. But at the same time, it was somewhat sad. I wish they could have had pups - at least then there would be proof of their love left in the world. I hate to think that he had multiple pups with his stupid youkai mate - the vindicative side of me wishes she was barren or something >.<

But seriously, I believe you pulled off the 1st person in the instance well - it was a memoir, and you wrote it almost flawlessly. I noticed the deliberate shifts in not only POV but tense as well, and I think that it was just fine :) Great work r0o!!!

DeadlyCyanide (Chapter 1) - Mon 14 Mar 2011

its so good that i accualy cryed at the end, you out did yourself, i love it. <3

iLolita (Chapter 1) - Fri 10 Sep 2010

This was the saddest story iv'e ever had the pleasure of reading! I normally detest character deaths but this one was PERFECT! Memoirs is one of my all time favorite movies. I may in fact watch it later today! There was only one part I didn't understand. The note at the bottom I read the story and the point of view came out perfectly? Idk but This writting style was perfect! Please i know you said it was a one shot but an Epi would be perfect! Did his mate know all along? How did she feel? How did sango turn out? Did anyone find her book the Heir maybe? LIf you don't write one maybe an email to me to answer these questions that will be with me forever? paris-kitty@hotmail

hkyadte (Chapter 1) - Tue 07 Sep 2010

omg this is so beautifully written it made me cry its just so wonderful !! i saw the actual movie and i can see where you got some of the ideas its sooooo good!

pclark (Chapter 1) - Thu 26 Aug 2010

I LOVE IT!  I read it on Fanfiction and added it as a favorite and I am adding it here.  The end is very romantic and oh so very sad.  It is great.  It reminds me of the end of the Titanic.

KAITLIN<3 (Chapter 1) - Mon 09 Aug 2010

i won't say that it is rare for a story to move me to tears but i will say it's rare for a story to effect me so profoundly. I've read quite alot of quirkiness on Dokuga and plent of storys that have had me crying and laughing untill the wee hours of the morning but this story was so beautifully written that i feel you should win a billion awards and then some. the emotions you instilled in your characters were enough to bring me to my knees. And your ending was dramatically fabulous, it was like i was actually living in your story, i could see every expression, smell the perfumes, feel the silk, taste the obssession, and here the desperation of this world. I can not find words to describe how wonderful this work of art is an i applaud you as an artisit of words you bend and shape them like no other and you are truly unique in your writing. this review goes for your other works also. you will most likely here more of me under your review spaces<3 thank you for writing such unassuming brilliance for me to feast upon. love kait!

swift death (Chapter 1) - Wed 28 Jul 2010

great story, even better than the movie if i am so bold as to say :) keep up the awesome writing

Zaya (Chapter 1) - Thu 08 Jul 2010

I thought it was an interesting twist to the whole geisha and lord plot. However, it wasn't until the ending third of the story that had me crying my eyes out...(my fiance freaked out quite spectacularly, he thought someone died...) It was also realistic in that Kagome couldn't bear any children as she is a miko and the child would have to be a half-breed; many stories seem to gloss over this because it goes against the grain of the married happily ever after that they imagined for our main couple. So thank-you for that, it takes something in a person to write pain and suffering the way you have done...I certainly couldn't have done it ( I would of ended up crying more than writing)

Your cultural references are (as far as I can tell) correct. So no worries there!

LadySafire (Chapter 1) - Wed 03 Feb 2010

omg, roo, i loved this so much! and yes i was crying by the end but thats ok, i needed a good cry today. You did an excellent job. Now i'm going to go put this on my favorites.

Black Alice Butterfly (Chapter 1) - Mon 23 Nov 2009

soulNchantress (Chapter 1) - Thu 03 Sep 2009
I'm still crying. This story is so beautiful. You did wonderfully. I am adding this to my favorites list. I can't say enough good things about this tale. Never, from start to finish, did I trip over the flow. Well done. Well done. The most astonishing thing is...I'm still crying!!!

rhynyn (Chapter 1) - Fri 14 Aug 2009
I must admit that i don't give reviews to the stories that i read because i am lazy-even if the story impresses me with their talent for creative writing. But after reading your story of the blue-eyed Geisha, i cannot not leave a review. Despite some...I will not call them errors because I don't remember if they were, in fact errors, or if they were not befitting of my poor OCD ridden mind...but this story was beautiful. Your word choice, for the most part, was so fitting of the setting-of the world that you had created with talent; and your characterizing of Kagome and Sesshomaru were very well done. I just wanted you to know that I, as one of your readers, see that you have great potential in writing and I thank you for writing this heart melting story.

Sunset Senshi (Chapter 1) - Tue 07 Jul 2009
This story, is one of the very few that have made me cry. So sad yet so beautiful. I love it. Very talented writer you are.
