I realize that thia one is rather old but I really felt compelled to review anyway. I usually don't leave reviews out of the feeling that I sound stupid but...well, as I said, I HAD to. 

This one is simply amazing. I never cared for pieces where characters are other than what they are, but your writing them as having Native American heritage is nothing short of...well, amazing. Having grown up in a time when Native Americans were depicted in an unflattering manner, I remember their plights with both sadness and outrage, and it has nothing to do with my having Cherokee blood from my mother's side either. Reading this piece had me thinking about my favorite movie from that time...The Legend of Billy Jack. I don't know if you have ever heard of the film but it was the first one that I ever saw that depicted the Native American people as being the strong and proud nation that they are, letting all know that they deserved just as much respect as everyone else. I thank you for that. This work of yours will remain at the top of my favorite list, and be recommended to everyone.

 This story has haunted me. I started it years ago on a single spark. Wayyyy before you finished it. And I just now refound it and got the chance to finish it. Your writing style is awesome and I find your entire take on this universe to be a great refresher on the fiction community. Thanks for sharing your awesome ability with us :) 

this was the BEST story i have read and i have read a lot of them. from beginning to end it was well written, thaougt out, and it only took me hours to finish it. i will be looking at other stories that you have written and i hope they are just as good as this one. this is the first time i have read a sess/kag story and they didnt have any kind of powers. she wasnt miko and he wasnt lord of the western lands. it felt as if i was reading a novella, and it was worth the time invested. keep writing and let them be as good as this one. keep up the great writing. :)

I really like your story. The rape part was disturbing. Other than that the story had a good plot.

I have always LOVED this story.  I re-read it again before you started posting it here and spent almost an entire night doing so.  On the edge of my seat, crying, hoping, elated... what a range of emotions you invoked with your words!  Then again, that's why I love reading your work, because you have that power to move one to laughter, tears, or (in some cases *wink*)  flaming LUST.  This story is quite a divergence from what your readers usually see, but I enjoyed it thoroughly... and still enjoy it every time I read it.  Thank you so much for gracing us sponges with this absolute GEM for our reading pleasure!! :-) ~~Wiccan~~

I've never been one for road movies or AU settings, but your story has enthralled me. There's something mysterious looming at the edge of our senses... I'm intrigued.

I've read this story over and over.  It is so awesome!  It's funny, I wasn't into AU stories and resisted reading this based on the summary.  But as soon as I got started, I was totally addicted.  I've got to say, it is one of the top fanfics ever.
