Nah, Sesshomaru is not that much out of character. It's your point of view, and I find it quite believable. He sounds... very tired though. He needs vacation XD

Your style is very good for a first fanfic, and honestly I'm eager to read more. Your plot line seems original too...You had me hooked :)
