I remember this story from SessKag in the final weeks that the site was open. I remembered thinking the title was unusual but I decided to read it anyway. I love the fact that the relationship isn't perfect - it shows how real relationships are, no matter who you are and the seeking of the mothers for advice is absolutely priceless! I would have been devistated if you had gotten stuck and not continued it and I'm so very glad to hear that you know have an ending in mind for this fic. It is absolutly wonderful how you've delved into the conplexities of married life and long term relationships in this piece. It never ceases to amaze me how very differently males and females react to the same situations. One would think that being with one person for such a long time in such an intimate way would allow understanding and an almost instinctual grasp of the other's thoughts and reactions. Sadly that does not always happen. Instead what often happens is exactly what you have portrayed in your fic. Things just seem to compound until you look back and wonder how so many little steps could carry you so very far apart. Though I have no reviewed before this story has really touched me. You manage to keep this piece on the precipice between humor and what seems like 'make or break' situations. I do hope you update soon because I am engrossed in this tale.
