This chapter got off to a fantastic start with the dry humor in their conversation (I couldn't help laughing at the 'I profusely apologize' from Kagome LOL) And...hehehe working their schedules around each other's is always the first step to greater progress ;) Nice job there; I like the gradual build-up to a relationship.

You described nervousness so well too; I could feel it in me. And I am the one sitting behind the computer screen reading. XD Go, Kagome!!! ...and AHHHH!!! HE CAME FOR HER!! Woohooo! I cannot be happier when he appeared; seriously, he is her knight in shining armor. Or shining whatever. But yes, yes this is great. I am soooo happy now :D Dear Kagome, please feel free to free fall in love for Sesshy! I know for sure I would; it's just that I am not presented with such an option.

On a side note, Jakotsu reminds me a little of Adam Lambert. I kept envisioning him singing "For your entertainment". Which is sexy. I know he's gay but that doesn't make him not sexy. XD

I pray I'd see a new chapter soon (I understand being busy but I am still going to be a spoiled brat and demand for more LOL) I loved this chapter. There was just something so immensely romantic about singing while looking into his eyes. Beautiful, really. I like the way you set the story settings...I can imagine everything in my head and I loved it. Please write more, dear Raine. :) I hope the reviews have been encouraging!!:) *huggles!*

OMG I cannot believe I forgot to tell you in the earlier reviews how much I adore the idea of the "Idol" style of competition in this story!! It's just soooooo interesting, and being a sucker for all these competition/reality TV (I LOVE AMERICAN IDOL, ANTM, SURVIVOR, FEAR FACTOR, GROOMER HAS IT...LOL) I really like the idea of them eliminating people one by one!! You're so creative to incorporate it into a fanfic!!

...anyway, my love for such programs is why I felt my heart sink when he kicked her out. Honestly, Sesshoumaru is being such an ass! I know he desires her, but it is no excuse for being so rude and mean. But at the same time, I am proud of Kagome because she has shown her determination to remain in the competition and still be 'in the running towards becoming Japan's next top idol'. LOL. Sorry, couldn't resist pulling the Tyra Banks act. LOL. 

Ahhhhh...LUST.

Of course, even the mightiest fall prey to it, so Sesshoumaru should just be open minded and stop trying to convince himself he is as asexual as an amoeba. This chapter was an enjoyable read because:

1) Their relationship has progressed to a new level.

2) He has finally admitted to himself that (at the very least) he feels physical desire for this woman.

3) It got me praying for a nice lemon scene soon. The sexual tension between them can kill me.

HAHAHAHA!!! OMG INUYASHA. LOL.

This is the chapter that got me thinking, "wow, Raine does excellent characterizations!" Everyone in this chapter is so in character, from Jakotsu (aka gay boy), Kikyo (Ice queen), Inuyasha (ruffian) to Myouga (BIG THING IN SMALL PACKAGE)...LOL!! Excellent work there, really! :)

The idea of Myouga dancing is...priceless. I find myself trying to imagine and trying hard not to roll off my bed with laughter.

This is preposterous,' he scolded himself with disgust, 'I am a man of no emotions.'

...LOL.

Does he really think he is a robot?? Sesshoumaru darling, please, you are not made of iron and steel despite what you believe! LOL great writing there, Raine! I like it when he gets so conflicted, and you definitely described the emotions felt on his part very well indeed. The fiery exchange between the two of them is excellent too! I found myself laughing away.

On the other hand, poor poor Kagome:( The poor dear definitely has a very bad case of stage fright, and I really hope (mean as he is) Sesshoumaru wouldn't laugh at her for that in the future. I mean, it would most probably destroy all her desire for performing!! That would be so sad:(

Okay, now the poor, nice pauper has evolved into the arrogant, stick-up-his-ass prince!! And gosh despite how devastatingly handsome he is, Sesshoumaru's being such a prick!! I can't believe he used his newly-established status to boss Kagome around. Honestly, he used to be poor too. Bad Sesshymaru!! But of course, it just sets the platform for a good, dynamic interaction between the two of them! I am loving it so far:)

The fact that you include Sango and Miroku in the story is amazing too! I love the two of them and they are just tooo cute. Somehow I feel safe for Kagome with them around:)

Dear Raine, I just found this story last night and I spent 3 hours reading everything on my iPhone and gosh, it was FANTASTIC. I LOVED IT. I couldn't stop reading because it was so well-written, and the way you managed to keep all your characters so in character was just amazing. I shall review chapter by chapter:)

Chapter 1: This was a sad one!! I mean, Kagura dear, you have to be INSANE to let go of Sesshoumaru like that. If he looked that good, I wouldn't mind living like a pauper with him. LOL. Poor Sesshoumaru's reaction was so realistic and I felt you portrayed the emotions he experienced perfectly. I feel really really sorry for the poor guy now:(

I love it!!  I can't wait to read more!  I had to catch myself from laughing too much with Kagome's reactions to Kouga.  The tension between Kagome and Sesshoumaru is so thick.  You are totally awesome!!

Wow! I'm surprised to see this story up and running again! I hope you can continue adding more chapters soon! :) And i hope Kagome can get her house keys back too! lol Great job!
